drama-kyd your making no sense, first off you say "I see 90% of PAL GTP'ers are scared of Daytona... hats off to the few that come through occasionally" then you say "I see a lot of PAL drivers at daytona but just not GTP" "Could you kindly explain to me why?"

i have tested it today again.
if it was not very laggy then the racers didn´t know to handle the big cars.

i hope to see international daytona but not with more then 600 LL.

I'd like to race you again sometime but that Evo would probably eat me alive at 600 suzy escpecially with the s1 tires, any you're right i think a 600 pp would be a bit more fun than 750 at daytona.

Well I would think that PAL people dont like the american tracks (you never know)

Also most GTP people are over at Suzuka 600. We dont use the 700 or 750 cant remember as the Physics are at standard!!! (insert mysterious music here)

We're usually in the Chat from like 2pm ET to like 2am ET, but most of PAL is like 4-5 hours ahead of us and i know you guys have to go to work in the morning so how about 6pm ET? or would that be too late?

My appologies kiddo, I should have clarified. The majority of GTP PAL users prefare to race 600PP rather than 750PP as a matter of preferance that is why we race so much at suzuka and not of Daytona, I cannot of course speak for all PAL drivers as many are racing at Daytona road also, I am only talking about GTP PAL drivers only.

I doubt it, as far as i am concerned Daytona road is the second best track in the game, I bet it has more to do with 750PP

What are you on about kiddo? its 750PP but it is expert physics, and why would you want mysterious music?

I think its the exact opposite on this side though as most NTSC racers prefer 750pp races to the 600pp ones, i thinks it mostly due to the speed. I think you're right it could be just a matter of preference, I was just expecting to see a lot more PAL GTP'ers at Daytona, going by what i saw at the first World Event at suzuka which was packed with PAL GTP'ers.

The world event at Dayton used completely stock sportscars, as oppose to the highly tuned, basically race cars that are currently being run in the world event.

The GT LM is far from a noob car. Hard to drive. But it is choice among most users. If you want to drive something challenging, I suggest driving the F40. That would be a true test of skill.

s2k, vette (really calm and fasst), viper, GTR, Mines Skyline are all good cars cars to run daytona with.

Hey I am not after a true test of skill, its going to be my first race at daytona for agers, and I hardly ever run at 750PP so I just want something thats easy an easy car to learn in, so I am going for the vette that drama kyd mentioned, as I say its going to be enough of a challenge for me tonight I have a lot of catching up to do. I am start some free runs now.

Just bought a Tuned Viper,looked at track for 5 mins and tested with random settings then went online.

I came.........6th! Fist time ever. 6/10 not bad. I got a 1'50 as best lap. I was driving cautiously due to the fact I only spent 5 minutes learning the track.

Anyone want to join me play? I cant chat due to my single internet...

EDIT: ok, that's it. I just got punted by some moron in a pp471 Golf on Suzuka. That's enough for me. I'll give Daytona a try if people are racing there. I hope it's better.

EDIT: Ok, while the racing may be sad at Suz right now, it's 100x sadder at Daytona. That is fun to you people? Wow, just wow. 6 tries, not a single race where I didn't get punted. So sad. I'm back at Suz600/PAL if anone wants to race, not play bumper cars.

Had a funny race at Daytona. I drafted Hyperuk about 208mph into a barrier (start of barrier sticking out) whiched ended me from 208mph -->10mph and a penalty

Final result was 8/9 👍
