I think my race time for that particular race was a 7'17 (with 2 off track excursions)... the best I ran with the wheel last night was a 7'07 (start to finish win, no 'offs')... compared to my best pad time (with no boost) of c.6'51 and a typical pad time of c.6'57.
I have to drive very conservatively to stay on the track with the wheel and I'm dropping around 3 seconds a lap vs pad... but it will come.

I was fortunate enough to have three great races with GTP_BJM tonight, but due to by current state of connection speed, I was unable to continue. I'm always the host of the race you see and my bandwidth apparently won't support hosting more than 3-4 people at a time so hence the numerous disconnections at the start of races later.
It was great to race against you tonight, you're a flyer in that Ferrari, much quicker than I'd ever be and you're even faster in the Audi. Hope we get to race lots more once my bandwidth gets released again!
I wish someone else would host a race, that would suit me sweet, but for some silly reason, I always get chosen as the host, even though I can't host a race. Must be terrible for the guys who lose their connection with me and I feel like a reject being left on the grid by myself before the light even turns green.

It was fun racing against you Mr.P tonight (and others), just couldn't gain in on you. I have to find a way to make that car go faster.
And nice catch-up zabeu! Damn I had like 4 second lead on the last round, decided to safe it. The suddenly you were up my ass. Nice driving in that NSX *respect!*

Had a couple of really good races with another German racer tonight at Suzuka 500PP, completely clean, I think we touched once and that was only a tap that didn't affect either of us. His Integra and my Z4 were evenly matched.

Had a good series of races on HSR reverse with DigitalRelay this evening, plus a hord of non-GTP tagged drivers. Mostly clean races in terms of punting (I got tapped into the grass a few times, but in most cases it seemed accidently). There were a lot of wall-crawlers out there tonight though. Strangely, most wall-crawlers can't keep their lead for more than a few seconds once they manage to get it... So sad...

Zabeu, was your sister Annau online tonight? And do you know anyone called Menamoso[FR]? Wierdo drivers online tonight, stunningly fast and very familiar with their driving styles. Certainly not noobs. Annau[GB] reminded me very much of you, Zab and Menamoso... he also reminded me of you too. Could have been Truth123, but I doubt it...
I'm stumped. Two strangers in one night at Suzuka600PP, and both of them can drive circles around me... not that I mind, but I just wanna make sure someone isn't moonlighting, hehe!

AERO, no, I'm online with my usual nick and I do not drive as Annau or Menamoso. I did create another nick when they introduced the country codes (as you may know, I'm from DE, not GB) but was too fond of this one to see it through. In any event, I'd love to meet those guys if they can drive circles around you!
I just did some neat racing today online. It was on FUJI, 600PP
First race was one on one, I think his name was uNDeR500 he use a BMW1 seires with the 2 black stripes, I had a mustang GT with F-UP gear ratios LOL! We did not race rather then mess around, alto both of us sucked at drifting, we did some drag racing he won 
because of my awkward gear ratios.
Second race was more fun, Pure racing. It was 7 or 8 guys. uNdeR500 was there and MrBurnout. I had a TVR MrBurnout the old Ferrari. I had a bad start because the guy in front of me in the F430 did not move! But I make up the time and Took First on 1st, and 2nd lap. MrBurnout was behind me but not anyting to worry about, but I miss my braking point and went over a turn, He over took me.. I catch up quick to him, but had no place to Over take him again, so I just wated patiently, but it was too late, then the Fuji straight came and just not had enough JUICE to catch him out of the turn. 2nd place, but at least i did not push and shove my way into winning
That was one of the best runs I ever had. Head to head racing and no car bumping.

I had a race with Annau and they were all over the shop, or at least that's what it looked like, but by the end of the race they had drifted the NSX around almost every corner successfully and stayed in front of me...until the final spoon negotiation where the driving display resulted in a 180

It was pleasure to race with GTP_Gnobody, Sinsemilia and MrUUnagi tonight. There was also another guy by the name of Starfighter70[IT] in the mix with me and Gnobody, but he was a bit rough, despite being quick in the R35. Enjoyed racing against him until he quit because he was losing, but the calibre of drivers out there is rising all the time. MrUUnagi has certainly raised the bar on his own game - he used to be one of those guys I could pull away from easily, but he's now able to pedal a WRX really well and is becoming a regular front-runner. Sinsemilia is now coming into his own (maybe he's always been there!) as a super-quick guy and as for Gnobody, well what can I say? He's great fun to race against, a good laugh and very easy-going. Always a pleasure.

It's great to enjoy 1vs1 races. For some reason, it makes it more challenging.

For the past few nights I've been racing online quite a bit in the 600pp races at fuji and suzuka. I've had some great races with numerous people.
Today I had a good race with truth123 at suzuka, he was close behind all race but always a car inbetween us, eventually on the last lap he was released and closed in on me but I was able to hold on. Also i believe that I raced GTP_NOS(not sure), I think it was him in an f430 at suzuka. We were close together for the 1st two laps but he lost it on lap 3 at degner 2. That gave me a clear 6.5 second lead back to 2nd but i decided to dump it at spoon. GTP_2fast4stig passed me along with another GTP member so i was down to 3rd. But it wasn't over yet as in the last chicane, the two leaders collided and 2fast4stig tried to wait for the other driver(very sporting) but rolled across the line, i still finish 3rd but there was about 2 seconds seperating the top 4 in the end, very close.

I have not been racing online for a long time, but this evening I went for it again and it did give me a few laughs: e.g. I was racing on Suzuka 600pp with some clean drivers and on lap 2 I lost the car (Subaru) in the last corner before the chicane, together with VIPER123 (or some other number) from Australia. I gave up, parked my car nicely against the barrier and went to grap another beer from the fridge. When I came back I noticed that Viper123 had also stopped just before the chicane and was moving back towards me, parked right beside me and was yelling "wtf are u waiting 4, let's race pal!!", or something of the kind. So we did our little private race until time was up. I still have a grin on my face. 👍

I had a great time racing against Cominatcha & GTP_Nos (Sorry for the bump, didnt see ya coming on the left side) Both these players were fast & fun! Hope to see more of you guys later, fun when all of us are in the Subaru (damn those are fast) good night!

Speaking of enjoy, I just had a great race with fastvick, from Italy, he in a F430, me in the 350Z RS, whole 3 laps of driving on the edge (with occasional mistakes), and on the 3rd lap I had a zen moment and came pretty close to an orgasm (not really, it's more of an euphemism) when, after studying him for all that time, I made the coolest overtake ever, on the first left of the Esses, to which I arrived already slightly in front and from the left, after taking a wider line on turn 2 to gain momentum.
Pure racing bliss, and only possible because he's a guy that knows what he's doing and had an excellent behaviour throughout the race.👍
Also, ended the race with a time of 7'01, which means this car is well capable of sub-7 minute races.
How cool is that?
