Beerz, I had a couple of races with fastvick[IT] too today and he was a great opponent, fair, clean and fast, although we were both prone to childish mistakes. There were only 2 of us on, so we could wait for each other, but he was great fun. Highly recommended!

And Sinsemila again!. The first guy I've ever seen run a 7'00 race in a Z06 Corvette at Suzuka 600PP and then back it up with an identical time in an RX-7. Sinsemila you're a wise head, an old head and a fast head too and I very much doubt that anyone can post a quicker time in a Corvette or an RX-7. You really rank up there with the very best mate.

Mate I think I was racing with that guy yesterday. I should agree with you, he's a clean one.

I've now solved my router problem so yesterday was my first night on gt5p online after months of not playing... so my skillz were so bad, but we managed to get good turns & fun.

You're an Aero too, hahaha, hope the people don't confuse us. Hello from the spanish Aero to the Melbourne one ;]

sorry ot, but what does those aero's stand for? :)
Don't know what "ot" means..

My "Aero" is a short form of a nick that I've using on the net for years, which was originally a mix of song titles making a tribute to some artists. Actually I use a lot of different variation of the original nick when I need to use a different nick for a particullar place on the net, so you could find me with different variations of aero if you see me on some forum, or on LastFM, or on SoulSeek, etc..., sometimes I use Aero, or Aero9999, others I just use Thee Aerodynamite, or other times I use Aero Sound, and so on... (for example for the FINAL FANTASY forums it fits good too, because just "Aero" is the name of a magic).

When it comes to this forum I think that "Aero" was taken, so I liked to use aero adding a R because it was a way of linking my nick with my lovely GT saga.. and I remembered the thing that the first GT used to show the racing modifications ([R] at the beginning of the name), so at the beginning I was thinking to use "[R] Aero", but finally I did choice "Aero-R" because I liked it more. And well, days later after using it I realized it sounds too like the NSX-R or Honda Type-R, and it also could make you think to the aerodynamics... so it was a good-oriented-GT form :)

That's a resume of the long story 👍

ot=off topic... :( Thanks, and hopefully I will have some enjoyable online races with you! 👍
Yeah we've raced together before my router error, don't you remember?

I should add you through your PSN ID, I've found you many time online :dopey:, now with my new router & the problem solved I'm thinking to race on 600PP suzuka, because seems to be that most of you are on that race at nights 👍

I have been having some real enjoyable battles agaisnt JackingtonGTP. Jack in a 07 STi and myself in a 05 at 600PP Suzuka.

If you see us out there keep in mind we are in totally standard cars (534pp, 544PP) so we will behind the pace of anyone in 600PP cars.

Had couple duels with GTP_spyrrari1 in PP600 Fuji Speedway F, thanks for the races, couple times i had to pull over due my son and he being on the cables/wires:ouch::ouch:.
I thank you for waiting me on the finish line:):).

:) ..I was thinking something like this.. 👍

I noticed that too... you guys seemed very nice and very polite, I couldn't understand why you'd both pull over and let me through so easily. Admittedly I didn't pay attention to the performance points of either car on the grid - very impressive stuff. I'm a big fan of standard racing (that's where the real talk lies) and you get to compare factory apples with factory apples.

Thanks for clearing that up.

👍

BTW, who came first out of the two of you?

I'm not sure who came out first when we raced you, but we've both had our fair share of "wins". Great racing indeed, it's awesome to see other GTPers online!

It won't be a problem for the beast in my garage: a 457PP Suzuki Cervo SR '07 :dopey:

EDIT: nice race GTP_Sarlech, the 7th gear of my Suzuki Cervo is so bad, thanks you for your support on the back helping me to go faster to the finish line. Unfortunately all the speed you give me pushing with your car from the back was so much for the brakes of the Suzuki Cervo and I couldn't brake on the Chicane hahaha

Thanks, yeah I enjoy racing standard cars more than tuned ones, so Jack and I just ignore PP and race them standard. We then can compare them quite well against each other.

Can't remember who came first in that race as we did soooo many.

Hehe I enjoy driving Kei cars.

Yesterday I had a fantastic race with tiequinn at fuji 600pp. I was in a BMW M3 and he was in an Evo 9 I believe. I tailed him (quite literally 10 feet away from his bumper without ever touching him) for nearly the entire first lap. The second lap, I was able to overtake, but I wasn't ahead for long. He cut to the inside at the first corner on the third lap under braking. I kept with him the entire third lap, us overtaking back and forth, but he eventually was able to pull off the win. I believe there was someone in a Z06 with the name of FLASH98, who followed us the majority of the race and stuck his nose in once in awhile, but wasn't quite able to keep up with us the whole time.

If either of you are here on the forums, thanks for the great races!

Just posting to say I've had some great 600PP Suzuka races with the following over the last 2 days: Kimi410 [GB], cominatcha [GB], edebert [DE] and today again with the above and Timppaq, Truth123, Racer_LP, S-Linerz.

Really nice race today at Suzuka, when I joined and saw the race line up (Truth, Timppaq, kimi, cominatcha, Racer_LP, Hawkfum), that was a seriously quality field of drivers...although I didn't see what happened a number of you guys stopped around the track...what happened?

I tell you, the number of drivers who can disappear off into the lead of a 600PP Suzuka race is growing by the day, some really excellent opposition online at the moment.

Anyone else noticed how many more Impreza '07s have hit the track now that the Suzuka 600PP best lap board is getting a bit more WRX heavy at the top?

Thanks again for the excellent races folks, it will be a bit of a shame if private rooms are introduced and you guys all disappear into them and I don't see you online any more.

All the best
Maz (Synwraith)

Some great racing earlier on tonight in Suzuka 500PP. I came up against a Hungarian racer for a number of races running, him in an Integra and myself in my Z4, and we were quite evenly matched. There was also a clean racing Spaniard in an RX8 who appeared a few times, and the three of us had some good battles.

One of them ended with the three of us braking side-by-side into the final chicane on the last lap! I had the inside and managed to turn into the right-hander fine, but I got edged onto the gravel on the left-hander and finished third in that particular race.

Another race against the Hungarian driver led to a long place-swapping battle the whole race. He accidentally hit me at one point so let me past in apology, so on the final turn after the chicane I slowed to thank him and let him take the win, but he did the same to give me the victory! We had an Elise coming up quick so we didn't go as far as stopping for each other :P

Really is good coming up against drivers that considerate, and it's happened a lot lately 👍

I finnaly met timppaq and this guy only needs its psn id because i lost my concentration when i saw him :dopey:
I was :nervous: behind my screen.

Who says psychological warfare?

Hehehe, it's funny how you see someone and you think.... OMG there he IS!!!!! Is it really him?! OMG IT IS!!!!!!

*runs off screaming hysterically*

;)

I remember you!! Nice racing ! 👍 ..and I quote: "Lovely car, Isn't it?"

:)

L_Hamilton and I had a friendly punting match last night. We booted each other off a couple of times, but of course we always waited. It's a lot harder to knock off someone who's a good driver than it is a a regular punter :).

We were only hitting each other and did not go after anyone else. There was no collateral damage from our friendly bashing 👍.

I was driving yesterday f430vs gtr, and i am sorry to say but there are lots of losers out there, they are either kids or idiots. There are so much disconnections if they aren't first, not to mention that they are hitting all the time.

After a while i found my sell racing against Japanese driver, and fighting with him was something i haven't saw in a while. We managed to pull from the punkers and have are own race. He managed to overtake me on the last straight and there was nothing i could have done. It was real pleasure racing with him. He's name was akikuku50 or something, but i would wish to race him again and other alike, but that's just going to wait for private lobbies.

It seems all three PRO events, but mainly the GTR vs F430, because we have finnaly the oportunity to meet PAL and NTSC drivers in a race at Suzuka.

Lots of punters, but Suzuka PRO isn't as forgiving to them as HSR Begginer was. If you go easy on the 1st lap, if you have survived punting until past the hairpin, from then on you'll have a good race with other GTP-ers and other good/clean racers :sly:

Had a good race yesterday with GTP_fuelEX and another GTP fella whose name I can't remember right now at Fuji.

Pretty sure that was me (GTP_CerealKiller), good races indeed! Really had a good time on that track last night.

SUT_11 had a great race with you! you ou breaked yourself on the final lap but was a great race!

It was an AWESOME race.
Braking 3-wide for the final chicane and nobody needing a paint job after, was the cherry on the cake for that race. 👍
