Online Racing -> Apologies Here!

Man it's been along time.....working alot and all.....but man there are alot players now from Brazil...as a matter of fact there's a tag that says GTBR. I went to their website and my God, there was like only on GT5P of course, 500 people strong playing this game, getting tunes and making tunes for cars. I live in US but boy oh boy....people in my country love this game to death. Well one thing we have in common, we have a good taste when it comes down to good racing games and we drive fast and clean like you guys! :P hahaah

Hi there guys..!

I'm new here, and I'd like to apolagize for being a bit "angry" for being pushed off. I thought these races were ment for driving, not mayhem. I will try to keep cool from now on...

Apologies to Nivola (who was miles ahead) for ending the race (I was the host).

I had to leave quick and had completely forgot I was the host.

Sorry mate, and to all others that were racing.

Sorry to anyone on PP600 with S1 restrictions today. I was hanging in there all right for two races in my sexy black TT, but midway through the race I got a black screen saying I was disconnected from the host, it happened twice. Sorry fellas!

first i was thinking yesterday it was only a mistake, but maybe next time i must get more attention if i meet max.... :odd:

Anyway, he blocked me twice, bumped me once but i still won the race, and it was a great race. 👍

No sorry´s from me this time - just would like to add, that was some nice Driving Rudi.... :)

That Race looked overall quite amazing...

I do think that our overall problem, with the feeling of being bumped by others, is often to do with the update we a waiting for, because it seems to me, that sometimes a little touch in the behind (which is ok) often ends up in a big push for the one that is hit, and then we feel that it was a moron bump. so i do hope i'm right hehe..

Anyways - great Race to watch guys, keep'em going..

Flagmo-T..

Apologies to GTP_vanos2990 at Suzuka 600pp. I broke too late and spun out as a result.

Sorry if I may have messed up your line.

Zippzy here sorry if I hit anyone who was in 750pp Daytona Road tonight, I dont think I did but the room's where kinda laggy sometime's and with lag you never know. But like I said I dont think I hit anyone.

I'd like to apologise to my mom and dad for being a bad son.....:guilty:

Seriously, as i've said on the teams thread presentation of Sutil Team, i just want to ask you for the chance of apologising or reply if you ever have a complaint of any of us.
Like everywhere, there are proper pigs on Spain, but what happens as well is that becausse a very poor internet quality, we have signal problems so often and when you see the car in front of you moving all over like an UFO not touching it becomes so difficult, and as somebody else just said, the reaction for the slightest contact on this "simulation" game and the rules for punishment are completely unfair.

Blanket apology here.
I'm trying to get to grips with a wheel after years of controller use.
So, if it looks like I'm blocking/punting/drifting/no clue how to race etc - be assured none of it is intended.
I've done laps & laps in free-run, until I think I have it sussed. Then I go racing and it's a different story. After approx 8 hours of practising, I am around 3 secs/lap slower with the wheel on Suzuka 600PP driving the R8.
The good news is that I can now compete with the tuned Corvette on Daytona Road, where I couldn't with the controller.

I just got this game and I can't believe how many dirty drivers there are. Fuji is so frustrating when people serve out to hit you on the straight when you're slingshotting them.

I have read a bunch of threads, but htis is my first time posting, so I thought that it is only fitting to start in this one.

I apologize to anyone I may have bumped into, blocked, sideswiped or any other unruly behaviour. I try my best not to hit anyone and drive cleanly but sometimes I may get a little over anxious and attempt to pass in less than favorable places :guilty:. None of it is intentional so again, sorry.

Hope to race with you guys sometime :).

Earth, apologies for rubbing you last night at DR, I thought I had a clean pass but I slid up. You disappeared in my blind spot and I think I put you into the wall.
Very sorry, my bad.

I think that the problem is than online races its too short. This makes go unfair to some people.
The races must be have 15 minute or more of duration.
And must be incluyed qualifying.

Just in the moment when the incident took place i was riding behind you two and seing Sutil_Jesule moving all over behind you with the tipical look of signal stuff.Just after watching you going out of the track i asked him if he had touched you and told me not.
I don´t know if you arrived to notice but meanwhile i began to stop to let you throught, but as he anwered i kept on running.
It was so sad for me to see you and your mates going the next race into pit box to race on your own (i guess) and it was my intencion to do it myself on the next one but there was no next one.

P.D: on the ps message i meant "i would like to speak with you later"
I do not know if changing "speak" for "spike" it's got any funny meanning.

Apologies Mr. Stanley

Sutil_MadMax: It was a racing accident i spose. I tried to pass on the outside of him as he was getting out of shape and hit me off the track. I guess he didnt know that he made contact but its one of those things. I shoudnt think he did it on purpose as your team is normally very clean.

Look forward to racing you and your team again, and thanks for the consideration

GTP_CWR sorry, didnt mean to block you on the straight... took my eyes of the screen as the dog walked in :S

school boy error

I'd just like to apologize to anyone who joins a race I'm host for. A change to my network configuration has made it almost impossible for me to host successfully, as with 12 people connected all but 2-3 get D/C'd at the start. Before this change I've had to make, I was host for a lot of races due to my large upstream, hence still getting assigned as the host :(

As I've had a few GTPer's join my races, I thought I'd just come say I've not been D/Cing on purpose

Hi Ranek,
thanks for letting us know. 👍

GTP_Bennini (can't really remember the spelling) sorry about tagging you in turn three on the HSR. Waited for you to come out, I thought you really controlled the car well. Glad to see you went on to win.

Kris

sorry to a Gtp member I side swiped them by mistake as they went into my blind spot, so again sorry and sorry to n e 1 else I have hit I make it a misson to be as clean as possible

earlier today I was just doinking around with various cars at 600pp Daytona , just trying new things , and I went into the turn a little stronger than I wanted and slid up and pushed a "GTP" nametag into the wall causing a little ruckus , I did not catch his name completely , but who-ever you are , if you read this , I appologize , sorry for any inconvenience.

Apologies to bigREK and GTP_DukeOfPendle for some bumps today. Fuji 750pp was a laggy crashfest today, and I'm sorry for the hits.

I just want to apologise to anyone who's got any problem with members of Sutil Team the last days on Fuji 750 but we are even having involuntary punting in beetwen us keeping in continious contact throught Skype during the races.
There is become hell (or paradise for the dirty ones) and it is end up something like "first kick and then ask".
I feel so sorry for the entyre situation but update is done a lot of damage to fair play.
Only when you race ahead in company of one or two others it is possible to do things as you always would wish to.

I was in a bunch of those races with you last night and you seemed clean except (as with anybody) a few miscues. It was the annoying jerks in the tuned Clios that seemed to be doing a lot of punting.

I apologize to people I hit today on Fuji, but I got a new wheel (G25) and it takes a bit of getting used to ... plus the addition of another pedal seems to confuse me in the heat of racing, as I did push the clutch several times and thought that I had actually braked ... :)

Yes, I got also hit several times by some Clio driving french guys ... not really that nice, as I was faster. I pulled up beside on the start/finish straight and suddenly the guy just slams into me and sends me spinning into oblivion ...

Now that I know who I nailed , I can officially appologize to you , again , sorry. As I said I was in different cars getting a feel for them , and looking at different set-ups , so my driving probably did have a few mis-cues. Yeah , whats up with all the tuned Clios , did the punting store have a sale on them or what ( not condeming all Clio drivers , please ) , but it looks to be the new ramming tool for racing.
