Sry for GTP_ElColombiano...HRS just now lag kicking a bit and I think I got into the side of your car. Didn't mean to buddy.
My excuse:
too much sex wil make youre eyes go fuzy ;P
I find [JP] drivers to be the most friendly on the racetrack, [FR] [ES] and [IT] are by far the worst i've found.

I like the "time added" idea.
There shouldn't be any penalties and ghosting like this at all imo it only causes more trouble ...
If any there should be drive thru penalties or time added after the race!! All this ghosting, lagging and on top of that penalties you get for driving fair is more than ridiculous
I know 16bit games being more realistic ... lol you know where you explode when contact another car or wall

I apologize for entering a race with GTP_Gaston. This guy gives the good, clean racing GTP members a bad name. He couldn't stand getting passed cleanly by my lowly Honda, so he had to resort to bumping.
Way to go chief! Consider dropping off that "GTP" at the front of your screen name.
PS: You are my hero
Was this a race at Fuji yesterday? I noticed he did like to barge a bit going into the first left hand hairpin. Thankfully that was the only time I saw GTP_Gaston race there. Maybe they realised the course was too tough for them?
No, this was at Suzuka 700 Intermediate. Sent him a message and he replied that bumping was okay as long as the other car doesn't go off the track
I was going to come on here and apologize to GTP_Ren_Tec for bumping him into the gravel before going into the esses. This, despite the fact that the GT-R that we both outbraked and repassed into turn 1 actually bumped me into him. I typically try my best to give fellow elises as much room as possible. But...
...rather then suck it up and continue with the race, he illustrated how much class he has by finding my dot on the map, and then following it for an entire lap so he could ghost me for the final two laps. I sure hope that was worth it ren, I suppose you accomplished your mission since I got on the gas a little to early coming out of casino and dropped to P4 on the final lap 👍.
Nice, that was the first time any driver decided I was was worth ghosting, so I suppose I should be flattered that a mature GTPer decided to do it.
I guess i should say sorry to you, i was a little mad at being punted again (stress this point) and almost every race. But you lost a lot less than i did being booted off track where i was, i got back on track last and just gave up hope there and then. Why bother carrying on???
Sorry chap and i will try to keep my anger under control. ps how about slowing down as a sign of respect?
This thread has really taken a turn for the worse...
Guys: the idea of this thread is for the poster to apologize to someone they've accidentally nudged in an online race. If your post doesn't fit the bill, don't post here.
For some reason I always continue even in the most dire circumstances. Typically the RBE allows me to make at least a few positions back, and sometimes it can be fun just to see how fast the time gap drops when I am flying around the track 30-40 seconds behind the leader! But I'm probably strange like that.
No problem, the fact that you came on here and rather then get super defensive, just apologized completely makes up for what happened:tup:. And I would typically slow down and wait for someone I accidentally punted (and it did cross my mind when I saw you rocket into the sand trap), but like I said, that Nissan hit me into you so I quickly rationalized not to stop...
Although, I suppose I owe you a thank you for being in front of me. Or else I would have been the one launched off track!
