Opinions: What if PD brought back GT7 for further development and revamping for an end of year release to improve the game entirely?

With the servers STILL down after the latest update patch and with the review score tumbling as we speak - perhaps PD should have announced a delay in order to perfect the game and make it a much better experience upon a later release date (e.g. November/December 2022). I know it’s most definitely likely too late but if it was an option, do you feel they should? Perhaps add some smaller content to GT Sport whilst we wait? - I’m just curious that’s all.
