You mean done? not necessarily. You don't need to lower your standards to get something done. Doing that at a work place results in termination. Getting fired.
I worded it a bit wrong now looking at it, was in subway when I wrote it so connection cuts out sometimes.
Please try to be more positive however just something I like to see

I actually think you're a fast driver, if you want to race why don't you just do it and forget everything else? I've seen you complain a few times and I've heard that you had some moments in the pre-season races. It's simple there's many good drivers this season, all you need to do is respect to be respected.
But anyway you're free to do whatever, there's plenty of good drivers out there
