CodDemon101: Excessive Track Limits (10) - Not evasive, intentional, end of the race battle with TNR_5zigen showed that he was able to do it cleanly, 75 second penalty (30% - 52sec)
TNR_5zigen/CodDemon101: Agressive Behavior in Battles, (Small Touches, "Blocking", Not giving enough space), 10 second penalty (Penalty removed)

Stewards Note: Pretty much all grid made infractions in exceeding Track Limits (T1 & T8) but 2 count as warnings, after that we decided to apply a penalty, Red Bull Ring is a tricky track in terms of that and people need to be more carefull next time.

Litchi's Note: My day started at 9am with a suicide (hanging in a cell) and then I had to stop a fight between 3 prisoners in the showers. So, not the best day of my life... But as a professional, I had to stay calm and impartial all day long, not showing my feelings with these things in my mind.
I decided to be cool and calm tonight too, working for over an hour on the standing boards and I decided to reduce by 30% all off the PRO penalties and to remove one of them.
As you can understand, penalties must be given when needed so I couldn't remove everything, and I received complaints so I decided to reduce by 30% all the rest, no more cause Stewards' job has to be respected. They work hard on the Incident Reports that they receive so I made this choice.

Also, I would like to apologize for the delay of this announcement. Stewards were very busy the past 2 weeks. Don't worry, I'll give them a kick in the a.. if they are late again.

Regarding the Standings: All penalties of Round 1 have been added and Standings have been updated accordingly. Drop 1 will be effective as soon as Round 2 Incidents Reports will be treated by the Steward. I already made a simulation and it will change most of the board. I prefer to apply the Drop as early as possible and not at the end of the championship so you won't have any surprise.
Round 2 results are provisional until Incident Reports treatment.

Thank you for your understanding

PS: Please report if I made any mistake.

@Litchi
Are those results final or are there some incidents still under investigation?

I'm curious in particular about what happened on Lap 1 of the AM Sprint.
They are provisional. We always do a "ORA Sanctioning" report once the round incidents are looked at and when results are complete.

Because he did...
I mean in the SLS. I'm watching the youtube broad cast and they said that the team he was racing for withdrawed the night before cause of a heavy incident and they couldn't find a replacement chassis. He's one of my favorite GT3 drivers he can driver the socks off of any car. Just sad to hear the team he was driving for couldn't find a replacement chassis.

I thought it was a Ferrari which had to pull out, because they said AF Corsa had a spare chassis but a deal couldn't be struck in time in order for them to race.

Okay I went back and they were talking about 2014 how Maxi was challenging the AF Ferrari for the win. Then they said AF Corsa isn't racing cause of that incident. I though Maxi was still with Mercedes though.

From what I know he just races for HPD who have brought a couple of bentlys which would explain why he was driving a bently. I'm not sure if he is a factory Bentley driver tho!

Edit: he is an official Bentley boy and I think I remember he is driving the number 8 in the BES this year!

Sorry I known him as a Mercedes guy. He recently became a Bentley boy this year. He was with Mercedes since 2012. However, he switched over to Bentley this year. Man Maximilian Buhk and Maximilian Gotz were an awesome duo in the SLS.

He his like many GT3 drivers, underestimated. Ther is so many world class drivers in GT3 class who desurve big drives! Alex buncome is one of thos. He is the best Nissan driver in the world and one of the best in the world and in my eyes desurves to drive that LMP1 car!

SANCTIONING

We use in-game penalties set to off in this series because we try to be as close to reality as possible, meaning that we don't want to see ghost car on the track.

Using the Pause button in purpose to avoid an accident or to reach the pits after an accident is a pure act of cheating. Car must stay solid at all times!
We are agree that there is no rule stating that to press pause during a race is not allowed. But this is because we not even thought of this cheating trick...

If you knew that the fact to press pause allows you to become a ghost, and if you used it to avoid an accident, we can legitimately consider that you have cheated.
If you used it in purpose to go safely in the pits after an accident, we can give the benefit of doubt, without taking action.

But, in any case, this "trick" is definitely PROHIBITED, no matter why you use it.

We have name(s) of driver(s) who pressed pause in purpose to avoid an accident. If he/they don't contact me privately giving apologizes and explaining his/their act, I'll have to give a harsh penalty.
You have until Sunday 17th 20:00 UTC to contact me. If you don't, I'll have to apply what I said just above and I'll show your name(s) here, publicly on the thread, as an example.

Thank you for your understanding.
