I'm returning to GT from F1 and I'm looking for online race to get back into.
I've just signed up on your website with number 17.

Good racing, sadly my ferrari had a crap night, i was confident going into the 2nd race. B But the car just would not perform, as i would like it to do.
Not only that i allso realy hate that track, daytona road course. So all in all. Crap night Crap track

Special Series - The Italian Job:
Rossy has put his name forward as a reserve driver for the Italian Job so if any members who have not registered for the event would like to take part, and make it a 3 teams of 4 drivers then post here.
As it is a team event, check the date and make sure you can defianately attend. Registration will close at 18:00 UK time on Tuesday 2nd.
Special Series - King Of The Ring:
One place still available for this event. 2 free practice sessions have been set next week. The first is on Tuesday at 19:00 UK. The second session is Thursday at 19:00 UK.

Cars Of The Movies - Days Of Thunder
Gray has requested that the July theme is centered around Le Mans as a tribute to Allan Simonsen who lost his life at this years 24hr race. I personally think this is a great idea and hope to see everyone get involved.
Entries cannot be submitted until the 1st of July.
Admin Note; POTM information will be removed from OP, all info can now be found via our website and you will be able to view each submitted image for the month.

Each to their own Ed, if you thought the track was that crap then maybe you should have stayed away for the night. Would have saved some hassle.
Race results and standings from last night have been updated now that no "report driver" emails have come through.
C'mon Ed. You cant say "crap track" shoulda chinned it off and called in sick mate 
Fyi I just did a lap time of 58.701 seconds on nurb.
On a serious note. I cant tell you how much im missing my g37... I went and did a couple of shuffle races the other night (with the common rif raf people) and still couldnt tan them.. Think I need to get saving so I can move out but a new car is soooo tempting

As for issues people have regarding track choice;
Before an event starts it is clear to see which tracks will feature. A variety of tracks are chosen to try and incorporate as many as possible for the benefit of our members. Some people prefer certain tracks and yes, there will be some that are not to everyone's taste.
Again I will say that I prefer controversial opinions or statements are kept private so as to not damage the leagues reputation. A lot of time and effort have been put into the league, thread, website etc and I wont have that hard work undone because people dont agree with track choice. If there is an issue PM me.

Going to be hard to do the July Theme, and Allan justice.POTM website page updated to include information specific to this months theme. Can we please make a real effort with the competition this month, I would love to see every member submit an image.

Completely take your point on a single entry event, but really would not be happy being the weak link in a "Team" event if they had a better option.

Enter as many events as you can mate, you will find your driving will get better from watching our members. I have learnt loads since I first started online with the others and I am sure they will agree. Gray_999is a perfect example, hes only been racing a few months and has come on leaps and bounds. Everyone is really friendly so dont worry about letting others down, we dont operate that way.

We have all been there, so we all know what it its like to be the new guy. also I find that learning by doing is the best way to get better.
If you're interested and have the time, I would gladly help you with some practice sessions, maybe even get more people to join these sessions. I ahve at this point already helped gray a bit and if he and others would like to, I would gladly help as much as possible.
You can always PM me on GTP or add me on PSN and we can arrange some sessions.
