@Cam_From_NJ and Skengd you have both had verification from the admin team and can now participate in our events.

Cam takes RM 42 as requested and Sken has been assigned RM 81 as no number was supplied/chosen RM was taken.

A big welcome to the both of you, we hope to be racing with you soon.

The rest of the new registrations, some of you only have until the 15th to complete registration before your application is removed. Please attend the Open Lounge this Thursday.

We have had requests in the past to move event times for members to be able to attend due to work commitments or other races that our members are taking part in.

Today I have received such a request regarding the Corvette Knockout Cup on Wednesday.

We have said before that future events will not be moved, all our events are posted with plenty of time for members to check if they will be available or not.

It has again been discussed by the admin and we stand by our decision to keep the races at the specified times. It is unfair to move them for our other members who can attend and we will not be changing it as it may inconvenience them also.

We already moved our events forward from 21:30 to between 19:00 and 20:30 to enable more members to attend from across Europe.

We trust you understand our reasoning behind this and we hope to see as many of you as possible on Wednesday.

(twice, :lol:) i forgot to check the members page and saw someone is using number 7, so i just took 19 instead. anyways, People always say Fear The Fish to me. :) Looking forward to some races with you guys soon! i see you got a corvette knockout cup soon here. that should be fun! Im going to have to try to make that. 👍

as im looking at your schedule, i see many races i would love to attend. im going to try to make all of them for sure. Just have to get my work schedule first then ill let you guys what races i can make.

We will get your name added. If you look at the event template on the Special Series page you will find all the info you need. The only thing that is not there that should be is the tyre choice which is Racing Medium. All the regulations that are Series specific are at the bottom of the rules page and these will always apply. Laps for this event are shown on the template, 5 for each round. Keep browsing the website, its very simple and you will become more familiar with how things are set out.

Once that is done the track and car will be announced. The TT lounge usually opens around 21:00 - 21:30 we are not too strict with this series at the moment due to the move to gt6 very soon and the changes it may bring.

TT series page updated. Slight change to T-Shirts coming soon with new logo additions.

I now pretty much have a confirmed price for 2014 calendars, £15.99 for an A3 calendar.

This price is based on an minimum order of 10 and reflects an incurred set up surcharge. POTM winners will feature and we shall be running both Novembers and Decembers competitions simultaneously so we can place the order for calendars in the first week of December ready for despatch.

Please support us and put forward your name if you wish to pre-order a calendar.

This weeks Time Trial / Open Room for new members will feature Cape Ring and the Mitsubishi Lancer Evo X 07. Regular members are welcome and new members who are close to registration expiry will also need to attend.

I want to put my interest in a Calendar, what would it cost me, as I live in DK there must be some extra charge for the sending of the packeage. Mind you Evo I will sign it myself ;)

Again if you want signed copies they might be a bit pricy if you have to send them to me everytime.
 
At current rates converted to Euro from GBP, the calendars are 18.53. I have had a quick look at the post office for signed on delivery prices here:

Our races take place in the lounge of the admin member hosting the event. The details are listed on each event template.

You are not eligible to join races until you have complete the registration process. Please attend the open room as required.

hallo, i know i'm doing this the last minute but i have some problems at home, and i can not participate in corvette knockout cup, see you in gt500 races later this month
 
More and more are leaving the hopefully great event of Corvette Knockout cup, :(

I hope to see more people signing up over the next hours, only 8 hours to start of the cup, the Corvettes are warming up for an epic event. Make the american sports car proud and sign up.

I was not trying to suggest that Tarmac, we know some of our members also participate in other races in another league. We dont have a problem with it, its just bad timing as you say.

Its impossible to check every members schedule, we dont know what other clubs/leagues they all attend and when the races are. Its part of the reason we post so early about our events to give people plenty of time to see if they can attend before registering for the event.

Regarding tonights Special Event, The Corvette Knockout Cup. The Schedule is to be amended slightly due to the number of entrants;

19:00 -Room Open
19:30 - 19:45 - Qualifying
19:45 - 19:50 - Round 1
19:50 - 19:55 - Round 2
19:55 - 20:00 - Break
20:00 - 20:05 - Round 3
20:05 - 20:10 - Round 4
20:10 - 20:15 - Break
20:15 - 20:20 - Round 5
20:20 - 20:25 - Final

Also we will be holding a room tonight after the event to give new members a chance to complete registration alongside tomorrows usual lounge. The members who need to complete registration are as follows;
