Dont forget that tonight sees the final rearranged round of the JSC.

I am also proud to say I got my first POTM win for the October theme that closed last night! Thanks to those who entered. Next months theme will be announced very soon.

Qualifying will start tonight at 9PM UK time, slightly different to other races, Im running a little late tonight guys.

I'm not going to be able to make it tonight, i'm very sorry. The race is going to start a bit too late (me needs me beauty sleep). Sorry for letting the team down NUFC. They do say that driving tired is as bad as driving drunk so maybe it's safer for everybody that i'm not participating.

Your Favourite GT5 ORDL moment!

If you have saved your favourite race replay from any ORDL event, pick a moment that defines the ORDL. Any car, any track.

If you can provide a brief explination to go with the pic that would be great, we have had so many fun races and we hope that it will continue on GT6. We have so much planned for all our members and were not just talking races!

Mos, Itz - need to talk to you so if we can plan a night with comms and PC access at same time that would be great. Could do it after Italian Job 2 maybe?

GTP looks great with the new format that Jordan has given us all, so thanks to the admins here for all the hard work they put in, it sometimes goes un-noticed by many.

It's OK mate, just had the impression that you were in, due to Evo telling me you both would be in if the event was held on the 4th.

Thanks for a superbly close racing in the Italian Job 2, very sorry to see so few though. Results will be up ASAP.

I have the feeling that most people here are waiting for the GT6 release and things will without a doubt change for the GT6 release. New events, race series and so on.

Until then I will try to arrange some small "budget races" (Inspiration taken elsewhere) where a budget is determined by the racers participating or just me. It is then your task to buy a "new" USED CAR, and tune it for the budget money. when that is done show up and race your creations, number of races will be predetermined, and the winner of the night will get all the cars.

For these races there will not be any ORDL points up for grabs, this is plain fun and sharpening of tuning and racing skills.

anyone up for that kind of race? please either PM or reply on thread.

Hi guys,

Just wanted to drop by and offer my apologies for been so quiet recently. With launching a new business and work getting in the way I have been quite busy. Not to mention some behind the scenes work going on for the ORDL.

As others have said, lack of interest on GT5 seems to be taking its toll and GT6 draws ever closer. I would also like to welcome our newer members, we have lots for you to look forward to in 2014.

So, the Champions Cup will soon be here with the top drivers battling it out. Details will soon be available and it would be great if those invited can attend.

Mos and itz, I am free tomorrow night if you guys are to talk through some details of plans I have.

Hey everyone,

After speaking with Itzza last night we are looking to maybe cancel this years Champions Cup. Also, the POTM competition interest has dropped over the past month or so. Its our feeling that everyone is now waiting for GT6 and that GT5 is now assuming the relaxed position on many peoples shelves.

I put it to those it affects, do you wish to, and would you attend the Champions Cup? If so I will prepare everything ready for the event.

We have a lot in store for our members in 2014 and a few surprises yet to come. A lot of work went in to building the league in 2013 and now we have a regular group who we believe have found a permanent home with the ORDL.

The ORDL community, with some highly experienced members is exactly what we had in mind when we put plans in place to expand the league. With the kind support from Mos and Easy9, we think we have now got the perfect team to move forward. All 4 of us are passionate about racing and bringing the best variation of events on offer from any Gran Turismo league in the world. People have started taking note on what we do and some have even integrated our ideas into their own leagues.

With so many changes (partly due to my OCD) in 2013 I know some may have found it hard to keep up some times. Some more changes are coming, but all are beneficial to all involved. All we ask is that you put up with us while these are made, we know your going to love them!

So while im here, does anyone know how to start a new PM, need to speak to a few before the launch of GT6?

PRO SERIES GT3 news

1) Cars will be GT3 cars:

Provisional car list (to be confirm by 7th Jan 2014) - variations of the following cars:

SRT Viper GTS-R
BMW Z4 GT3
Audi R8 LMS
Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT3
GT-R NISMO GT3
Ford GT40

Doc and I will be testing and balancing all the cars.

We will be aiming for around 1390KG and 600BHP.

2) Tracks:

10 tracks, min 4 of the new GT6 track will be in this championship, details coming out soon.

3) Rules to be very close to the last GT500 rules and regs, all to be confirm before 7th Jan.

4) Time table:

Pre-season starts on 8 Dec, first race on 12 Jan, 10 rounds every Sunday night (from 7:30pm GMT) and should finish mid April.

More details coming soon.
 
Hi all, looking good for the new Pro Series. hopefully il be able to attend a few this time is dates fall right with me off work. Cant wait to get my hands on GT6!
