I have a question re this series.

Does my car choice have to be a car that is stickered up and has a body kit on it? ie can i pick a bmw M3 or something like that?

Hey Spatt, I had forgotton to post the list of cars available for this event, it essentially mirrors the DTM Event Car List so any of the following are fine:

S Audi R8 LMS Race Car (Team PlayStation) '09
S Audi R8 LMS Race Car '09
S Audi A4 Touring Car '04
S Audi Abt Audi TT-R Touring Car ‘02
S BMW M3 GTR Race Car '01
S Mercedes-Benz 190 E 2.5 – 16 Evolution II Touring Car ‘92
S Mercedes-Benz CLK Touring Car ‘00
S Opel Astra Touring Car (Opel Team Phoenix) ‘00
S Opel Calibra Touring Car ‘94
S Vauxhall Astra Super Touring Car ‘00
S Vauxhall Calibra Super Touring Car ‘94

I know the Alfa and Lexus are in the DTM event but will not feature here. I will add the list to the OP. I use this site for the car list and another way is to open a loungue and select Touring Car Class to find a list of cars available.

Dont forget this is a team only Championship so no points for individuals so we need the teams to be sorted before the event starts. I will lower the PP limit to 600PP to ensure competition is fair.

Please talk amongst yourselves to ensure you get a team sorted and let me know to update the OP, I have just entered names in there for now until I hear from people to specify their car and team.

The mandatory pit stop can be taken at any time but must be completed to validate your final position at the end of the race.

So far we only have 2 confirmed teams for this event, Evo/Itz and Ed/King.

Can the drivers who registered for this series please ensure they submit team and vehicle information before 5PM tomorrow night or you may be removed from the Series.
 
Has Teckle shown an interest in this event? I think i would like to run the M3, if thats ok with him.
 
Hey Spatt, from the registration info we have he did sign up for touring. Il get the OP updateD. BMW now taken.

Edit - OP now updated, still need other entrants to decide on team and car. PMs were sent out via PSN to remind people.

Yeah sorry for the late reply. noticed its tonight for the start. looking forward to it but unfortunately i'm using my pad now. ill share a pic in general of my old race setup when we had our own place ;( gutted i dont have space for it now.

just a thought. we can't change car colour or anything on these cars can we?

Cant change colur sadly or race number, another oversight by PD mate. Im also struggling for room for my rig. The sooner i move house the better. Hope all entrants can get sorted before the event starts tonight. It is a team only event so fingers crossed.

You can race and yes only points from you will count. This type of event does put pressure on people to turn up so as to not let their team mates down. There are no drivers standings only team so mussing races will soon see point gaps opening up making it harder to catch the opposition.
 
I think some of our newer members need to be posting more, afterall we are trying to form a sort of community with gtplanet and via our website. The forum over there has been playing up but once its working i think we should all be a little more active. Cheers for confirming teckle, good to see you.
 
Kris, have you thought about using your signature for quick navigation to all the threads? It would seem the best way for people to navigate the different threads associated with the ORDL.

I dont even know if i have this car yet loool... hopefully ill be able to grab it from the used car auction :S

I have just managed to get hold of the A4 touring car 04 and 190E 2.5-16 Evolution II... So unless your happy to use either of them, then ill have to buy the car from you. Never done this so please advise.
 
3 problems: 1 - It won't let me give away the BMW as a gift for some unknown reason. 2 - The A4 is already being used by another team. 3 - The Mercedes only tunes up to 578pp. Are these the only cars that you own that are on the list?
 
I don't know if it does, but if the Online Collector's Dealership shows the same cars to everyone; there is an Audi TT available. If you can see it and you can afford it, the TT would solve this problem.

Will add them later tonight. No word from anyone else yet so come race time there may be changes to be made before we start if drivers decide on cars that others have already confirmed
 
can you confirm that your using tt, bodykit has just messaged saying they will use the car but you have posted here first guys. need to know asap
