Taital what about you last week with rota short memoryhey .your the first to complain if something doesnt go your way as far asI'm concerned I did nothing wrong and had every right to complIn.Just because I'm not a front runner doesn't mean I don't put the same amount of time and effort in.I'm out .Catch you at the track sometime time and I'll show what going too far is.

Are you ****ing kidding me? I do you a favor and leave, so you won't have to take **** from me, and you leave? Holy s**t.

I've been crashed into ,damaged or taken out in all but one race. The first time I speak up myself your boyfriend jumps down my throat.I'm sure I'll be able to find WAY more entertaining things to do with my time.

Guys you need to calm down and remember that "lag" is always going to be a problem with online gaming. You need to know that and accept that before you start playing any game online. Lag can cause disconnections, player interruptions, an unfair advantage and so on. If you aren't prepare to handle that then online gaming isn't for you.

We have all been caught up in lag from someone on track and while it is frustrating it is a game after all and you just move on and see if the next round/match/day/room is better. The best thing to do when someone has lag is to tip toe around them. While it doesn't help so much when someone is catching you it can't be helped. Sometimes its best to just let them pass before something happens.

I can understand your frustration stape but im not going to have PAWEL leave due to some laggy nights. He doesn't always have a laggy connection just last night was worse and a few people got caught up in it and moved on. Everyone has put the same amount of time into practicing etc for each round and while it is annoying to get damage they accept it as a part of online racing.

As for getting damage not related to lag. Well unfortunately that's just racing. It happens to even the best of drivers. You and everyone needs to accept that, move on and have a more relaxed mind to online racing.

I advise you both to rethink your choice on leaving the series due to the incidents and hope for a better round next up. I definitely don't want to lose you both as your both great drivers. Just clear your head and if your still angry then maybe sit out the next round and try rejoin Round 4 once you have calmed down. Choice is yours but i wouldn't advise leaving due to a few incidents cause no matter where you go when it comes to online gaming you cant get away from lag. Thanks crappy Australian infrastructure.

Heck maybe when fibre optic is in all the homes we will have smooth lag free gaming (yeah right). One can only dream.

So just calm down and take a step back. Once you have cooled down then make your decisions.

Cheers,
Oni.

I thought this would come up, yes I was upset during and after the race but once I left the room I joined the after party and laughed it off, I don't recall coming on here to air my feelings personally.

When ev took me and oni out at Monza with massive lag at turn 1 lap 2, we both put our heads down knowing there was nothing he or I could do about it and drove on

Well put Oni and agree. Just take a step back lads, crack a beer, have a smoke, kick the door and have a laugh. Frustrations are understandable given how much time we all put into being the best we can be.

You're both very welcome and we don't want anyone leaving the series on account of our absolutely useless broadband network and lack of stability from Polyphony's servers.

Sometimes I think a can and a string would make a better network.

Do keep an eye out for errors (eg missing pit stops etc) when browsing the Graphs folks! Haven't quite got the walking-on-water and water-into-wine thingy happening yet, so there's always the chance i've missed something during my substance enhanced power spreadsheeting @ 2am.

Just give-me-a-sign of where the error is, and i'll get it fixed.

Gents,

If anyone missed either of the first 2 races for this series, or didn't save the replay, and would like to watch the full race as a replay in GT5, I've made copies available for anyone to download.

Hopefully between myself and the ever wonderful :gtpflag:spin:gtpflag:, a copy of all the races this series will be made available at the same link for anyone who wants a copy.*

Wilco , just brilliant mate ! Loved the start how you synced the music to the clips , Rotas flashy lights fitted right in there. Some random guy at the end .... "Is this someones wheel ? Oh I'm on the track !" haha.

Great vid will, these are getting better every race. Really enjoy watching them. You can see you have taken note of every nice pass, or incident and added it to the vid, well done champ

"Is this someones wheel ? Oh I'm on the track !" haha.

So true, when we get trained they always show us videos of what not to do and it always features the early 90s clowns from Monaco! They can't help getting trackside and walking around!

"ah Dw its only an f1 I'll hear it coming" but by the time you think "ok is that coming or elsewhere" your like a fly on the drivers visor!

I would like to say I'm very proud to be in this series with you all, watching mostly everyone giving way for side by side racing makes me proud and love watching the replays every week Willy!

I think jasr had a but to do with the audio sync so if you did I really appreciate the effort you and Willy put into it!
