I had some decent tandems with one of your members last night as well. I forget what his name was tho, but it started with a G.. :lol: He was pretty respectful considering the relations of myself and this team. 👍 Good lookin.

I just wanted to thank you for sliding with us, we did indeed have fun the other night. I also want to take the time to thank the other members for having fun and being respectful as well. It really is gratifying to see different members from other teams say they had fun in our lobbies, as well as post about it on the thread!!! I am also in the works of figuring out our 2 co leader positions with baby d right now, so I will update the thread when we have decided. Thanks again killer and gunz.

Right on geno !!! We got a new member he speaks no english but no worries his drifting speaks for him psn id osakahq-beb0!!! Also returning to osaka his mom has three legs and we traded are washing machine to get him psn id osakahq-mammoth-!!! So get to know them and add them lol!!!:):dopey::sly::crazy:
 
I'm not sure that we have squads for touge yet, as for the color we haven't decided if we will run purple/gold or silver/gold TBD.

If your talking about the touge battle I want to say 10pm, but best to get ahold of Stealth to verify.
 
I have finally updated the thread :) Sorry it took so long, but I have been a little busy lately. The changes include the following: team member list update, inactive members list update, touge added (still a work in progress), and team logo added to pictures. If I missed anyone or there are any errors, please send me a message on here or PSN. Thanks!!!
 
Nice looking Op. Only thing i would suggest is to get rid of the title above the team logo and then underline the rest of the titles. :)

Allright i hate when u peope say that you have or had bad realations with are team. Try saying you had a problem with MR BIG hes not the team. Thank you for posting somethin good though!!
 
That's the thing, it wasn't only Mr. Big. But, that's besides the point. You guys are chill now and I don't think Gunz was saying that in a bad way.

The only thing you guys need now is some quality control.

I agree some newer members may have skill but are ignorant(look up definition not an insult) of how they should conduct themselves as a representative of OsakaHQ.
Just like in the military you have a uniform, the OHQ tag at the front of your name.
Everything you do gets judged by others as a representation of OsakaHQ, just like when wearing the uniform.
Wether it be major like constantly trash talking or minor like never giving courtesy rolls.
It's nothing that can't be fixed, the individuals just have to be willing to listen and take corrective actions.
Sorry if it was long winded lol it's just something that's been bothering me...

Yeah, I am going to have to agree with killer on this one. I honestly don't see anything wrong with gunz's post. In fact I think it was his first nice one on the thread, which is why I thanked him. On another note, quality control is a good way to put it and shadow said exactly what I was thinking. I believe bringing back squads would be a better way to micro manage the team. In addition to that, regular bi-weekly team meetings just to keep everyone on the same page.Now that we have co leaders baby D we should hold a leaders meeting as well. if u like any of these ideas let me know :)

I feel you geno its just that were trying so hard to get this team going good. I feel like it is so when i seen his previous post then the new one i was like wtf. I have no problems with gunz its just that when he says that i am thinking of it like this there is no or was no relationship with burst or gunz. Yeah maybe mr big and him got off on the wrong foot but same happened with me n dunman there leader.The thing is i never post NOTHING on other teams threads that is taken the wrong way or anything like that. Geno u know me best and i take some stuff the wrong way but im blunt and not afraid to say stuff and i am wrong sometimes we all are. One thing i have noticed is we are cool with every team pretty much now and thats great.:sly::dopey::)

Well i talked to psn id MNRG-HDSPIRIT or something like that and he said he would talk to the leader.No one got back to me so looks like no battle this weekend.So i wanted to hold a in house battle to figure out a sort of ranking among members.Then i have a list of the people in order that are battle ready from top to bottom.Oh yeah and inactive members will not be on the battle ready list.So i am going to have a meeting with my co leaders and figure this out.I am trying to hold battles every weekend in house or other teams this way we are ready for anything that comes are way.I will talk with co leaders and figure out a steady reliable system to organize ohq!!!:dopey::):sly:
