The above request was a polite way to say that this moderator wants all the negative posts to stop and for the discussion to get back on track.

The next member to ignore me will be taking more than a few days away from GTPLANET. I'm not a big fan of temp bans. You've been warned.
 
Although my better judgement says no to unlocking this thread, I'm going to stick my neck out and unlock it anyway. I'm really interested to see for myself if you guys (the drift community) can actually follow the instructions made by a moderator and stick to it now that you've had a few days to think about how stupid this is. Guys, it's not rocket science, it's easy. All you have to do is follow the rules of the forums, including following any instructions made by a member of staff if they are forced to intervene. It's simple.

If you see a post that you don't like just report it, don't respond to it, ignore it (don't feed the trolls) and let the mods deal with it. Simply give a few details in the report why you feel that post needs to be dealt with.

Also, when a mod posts in your thread in order to get things back on track don't reply to them to thank or question them in the thread, just send them a VM or PM if you want to do that. However, if the mod asks you a question then by all mean do so.

Here's hoping this is the last you see of me in this thread.
 
well now that the thread is unlocked i want to say we won the battle with SIDEWAYZ4DAYZ almost flawlessly with only round loss altogether, that being said i want to thank RAMROD,rasta,and shadow19 for my first ever (legit) team battle and a good one at that, although it seemed a little bit unorganized but we won and thats what counts! also one last thing to say... CAKE!

I think Team Alpine wants to Battle ya'll next. I dont know why everybody I meet all of a sudden wants to battle Osaka everytime I go into a room lol -__-

i think its cause me and ramrod are friends with the leader, so it might be in all good causes so dont worry about it. If they actually want to battle then it will be a fun time!

Hey guys i want to do a competition amongst ohq members. We need to get a better grasp on were everyone in ohq is ranked battle wise.Though i have a good idea who they are but we need to figure that out soon so there is no question who the elite eight are!!!
ANY IDEAS LET ME KNOW!!!💡

Just an idea, but I think we could have in house competitions even after we establish the elite 8 to keep people from getting rusty if battles die down again. Possibly set up a ladder system so if people get better than can try to earn a spot on the elite 8 squad. This of course only would work if everyone was ok with possibly losing their spot if someone beats them in a battle, as we probably wouldn't want to create rifts in our own team.

If we will do this my proposition to the table is to also have squads or "sub teams" within the team to put people with their own level, so we can have equal skill level amongst the team while we drift and we can regulate how a certain group is getting better as a whole rather than a individual rank meaning less feelings are hurt over ones skill. So when we do battles we can do "sub team" battles and see which team is better as a whole.

The idea of equalizing the squads and sharing the skill amongst the squads could work, except the squads are more based on when everyone is active during the day. Also they are looking for the top 8 players for the battle crew, you could take the top 8 and make them squad leaders to distribute the skills and disseminate information through the team. The squad battles is a good idea for bragging rights but not for the battle crew.

Not sure that they are official or posted anywhere, but if I'm not mistaken we have some kind of squad system. I'm sure it needs to be revamped, but in order for it to work correctly the squad leaders would have to coordinate w/ leaders properly in leader meetings then send the info down to their squad through messages. The key part is having a squad leader that not only cares enough to do it, they have to have the time to commit to the team. I would be a horrible squad leader not cuz I don't care about the team, but because my job prevents me from being online for extended periods.

Ok guys heres the deal. We are gonna squad up but me geno and chevy will design squads so every squad is equal. Then each squad will hold there own battle i don't care how you do it figure out your top three. Message me who the top three are and top three from each squad will enter the elite eight battle. Any better ideas feel free to get them ideas out im open to anything. So when we figure the squads and the elite eight out then we will battle other teams. This is not about rank as a member or leader its just business i need to know who i can rely on when opportunity presents it's self. Also as a squad leader you will be held responsible for your members actions ok and performance. Ok well lets give this system a shot i will have geno or chevy post the squad leaders to night when we figure out leaders and teams.:dopey::):sly:

i'm glad to take part of this team for the time i could stay but i must resign my position as a member of the team. but by no means am i mad at anyone, but i just thought it was time to move to something bigger, so if its ok id like to still be friends with the members of the team and still drift with the friends i've made. thank you all for the short time you spent me and made me come to like this team!

Sorry for my absence as of late as I have been pretty busy. First things first, as far as squads go I am starting mine "D Squad". I would like to pick Ch3vy, and Shadowfx back up if thats ok with you guys, and anyone else that wants to be on my squad please let me know. Secondly, I have a team email osakahqgenocyd3@gmail.com
If you are new to the team or not, have a flash drive, and want your main account on your team account, then email me both save files letting me know which one is which and I can get it done for you!!! I have also been collecting paints, cars, tickets, and outfits, so if you need any of those things as well I am here...isn't that what co-leaders are for :) I would also like to hear from anyone wanting to be a leader of a squad so we can get the ball rolling for the elite 8. Thanks for your time, and remember...keep it slideways.
