In the right hands, Sombra was already incredibly powerful.
With this, she's now insanely powerful.
Sombra usually has a small delay before she can perform any actions upon leaving stealth. She also talks. Which is dumb.
By mapping a key to an emote, going into invis, jumping and pressing the mapped key, and performing an action, Sombra comes out of stealth instantly. This means that she can shoot, hack and EMP with no delays out of stealth. She also makes no sound at all.
I would've thought that Blizzard would've patched it out by now, but looking at r/Overwatch and the official forums, the main consensus is that this should be an actual feature for Sombra.

Meanwhile I'm stuck here at rank 12 unable to join competitive matches. 
Haven't had any luck with the loot boxes either. I don't think I got a single worthwhile item from the event at all. The only things I got were voice lines and profile pictures (come on). No skins or emotes.

Considering how trash the drop rates are for this event, I wouldn't worry about it too much.
I got lucky with a Lucio skin from my first loot box, but everything since then has been trash.

I picked this up over the weekend after initially being a bit unsure about it, however 'realistic' shooter fatigue had set in and was after something a bit more 'fun'.
Boy did I get what I wanted, its excellent and I'm only annoyed that its taken me this long to get on board.
