What is the hardest hero to be effective with? I have to imagine it's Tracer. She has very little health, her guns appear to do little damage, and you constantly have to run around like a chipmunk on meth or you're dead. That has to be exhausting for Tracer mains.

Sombra, no questions asked. Her kit is very hard to work with (odd delays when coming out of stealth, shouting whenever she comes out of stealth, low DPS gun/massive spread), meaning that it's hard to see real results when you're playing a normal game.
Oh, and Tracer does a 🤬-ton of damage up close.

In a significant portion of the pro Tracer clips, they have to be at practically point blank range to do damage.
Is Sombra ever getting buffed? I think I heard Kaplan saying they'll tweak her abilities once people know how to properly use her, but that sounds like it'll take a while for that to happen.

She got a small buff yesterday, actually; it takes less time to Hack, and Hack's cooldown was decreased from 12 to 8 seconds, meaning that you don't have to pick between hacking an opponent or hacking a health pack.
It's a small step to making her viable; she still needs a lot of tweaks. Sombra was meant to be the character that ended the competitive "Tank meta" (all of her abilities are incredibly strong against tanks - Hack could render a Reinhardt without all of his abilities, including his shield, for 6 seconds, and her EMP cuts Zarya's HP in half) but due to her being pretty bad at this point in time, the Tank meta still lives on (albeit in a different form, with Zarya replacing D.Va due to her being nerfed into the ground).

A few times on Twitch and seeing an IGN review of this game, I must say... Overwatch seems very cool. It seems like a very unique and fun game. I seem to be reminded of the Unreal Tournament series and the Borderlands series for some reason with Overwatch.

Stealing POTG's from people is fun.
It's a shame that D.Va gets melted by pretty much anything now, though. I mean, as a Sombra, I was able to get her out of her mech and kill her with relative ease. Sad.
IIRC, Blizzard said the Summer Games don't coincide with the actual Olympics, and should be back this year.
