Hello, I wanted to contact you to raise a problem with you. I took part in a manufacturer cup race crossing the final line in 1st position but seeing myself downgraded to 6th position due to a 2min penalty. I didn't even receive a second penalty during the race and wanted to know if it was possible to recover my points. THANKS

A two-minute penalty after a race is due to not taking a mandatory stop or failing to use all of the different mandatory tyres. Check the race regulations before you take part to ensure you don't make this mistake.

Edit: I don't know which round you're talking about but the Suzuka round had two mandatory tyre grades (requiring Medium and Soft) and the Daytona round had a mandatory stop. In both cases, not doing that would earn you the penalty.


Additionally, we're not connected to Sony or Polyphony Digital and have no role in development of nor official support for Gran Turismo, so we couldn't do anything even if there was something wrong.
