i use paint buster and painting my manga cars is torture does anyone know quick ways yo paint them

paint buster you can get it perfect pixel by pixel and all the people i know on mangacars.com use photoshop,i cant afford that. thats an rx-y im working on ans i wanna paint it yellow except pixel by pixel is murder. and dont wory i dont have to credit any one for rims i save a picture of a manga car with thos rims open it up beside my picture and draw it my self i hat people who cut and paste.
