So she just did 5 days in the end?! - that's not a jail sentence, that's a school trip.

well, 3 days, unless you count the day she went in (sunday night) and the day she left (this morning, at 2am)

Absolutely stupid.... 3 days! you could tolerate alot worse for 3 days, now she will probably say how hard it was and how she fought through it all.. write a book about it! :scared:

This is crazy, 3 days? On what? Slutty behavior. This is what makes our legal system laughable,

From what I read, one of the reasons is she didn't like the jail food and went on a hunger strike.

Well, so much for this statement.
"In a statement released May 9, Paris Hilton admitted she's not "above the law" and expects to be treated like anyone else who violated probation. "

I guess getting released after 3 days works, too.

Ridiculous. This is complete crap. She's getting special treatment.

She's not going to learn to obey. Stick her in there, and let her starve. I'm sure it's something she's used to doing, anyway.

This is further proof that the legal system in California has no backbone whatsoever. 🤬 Had she been caught in another state, for example South Carolina, Paris would've served the full 45 days, more likely 6 months in solitary confinement with no chance of getting out early.

Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan take note, this gall is a professional..

She got to leave for "medical reasons". Meanwhile thousands of average Joe offenders are ill, and are stuck in jail, despite their ailments. Famous sluts like her get off easy, meanwhile Joe 6-Pack get zero leniency. And they wonder why people resent our "fair and equal" legal system. It isn't fair, and it isn't equal. If it was, OJ would've gotten the needle, and Paris would be serving a full sentence, no excuses.

Pure stupidity. Yeah because house-arrest in a multi-million dollar house is justice right?

Apparently the Judge is pissed, and has ordered that she return to court for further talking and legitagation. Hopefully he'll get her back in there, because he was pretty clear about how she could not serve her sentence with home confinement.

Great news. Paris was ordered to make a court appearance today. The judge was really pissed at Sheriff Lee Baca for releasing Paris to her home, and was hinting at contempt of court charges against Baca for defying his order that Paris remain in lockup for her full stint. Awesome.

After the judge today told her she was going straight back to jail, she threw a hissy fit supreme. Yelling and throwing a tantrum. It was funny as hell. Ha, ha, ha.

Don't break the law if you cannot do the time, sweetie.

First and foremost:
OWNED!

Paris Hilton will appeal her sentence.

We're told the appeal is being drafted right now and will be filed either later today or Monday.

Anyone else think the Sheriff may have done what he did for a couple hundred Benjamins?

Anyways, good for the judge for telling her like it is.

I really do not want to say this, but that picture is kind of sad. Not the fact that it's Paris, but I mean, the overall mood of the photo. It could be any young woman and be sad, if you get what I mean.

Totally... it is a sad and unpleasant picture - and there is no doubt Paris Hilton is a troubled person, despite her vast fortune. No doubt she is scared as hell about having to spend more than a month behind the bars - with any luck she will come out of this experience with alot more respect for the law and a bit more humility than she has shown in the past.

she needs a slap, and some tethers to the earth! buut she wont ever be down with reality, wish i could feign illness out of something that requires effort. keep her in there, shes not worth anything but eye candy for pre teens

I have no sympathy. I mean, she's purposely facing the camera when she's crying. Not covering up her face, nothing. What an attention whore.

At least we know she can change facial expressions...

 Oh puh-lease!... I really hope you were being sarcastic there.... It seems a celebrity can't do anything whatsoever without drawing some form of silly criticism. Contrary to popular belief, even people like Paris Hilton are human beings at the end of the day, capable of real emotions and real fear. Do you honestly think that she is deliberately 'posing' in that picture? To think that requires an incredible amount of cynicism and a lack of empathy (and I mean empathy, not sympathy) that is really quite amazing...

Exactly, I agree with TM and McLaren, even though I can't stand Paris Hilton, she's still a person, and I can only imagine that it is horrible experience to be hauled off to jail in the back of a cop car. I'm pretty sure her crying is not an act. I'm sure you'd be completely composed if you were being taken to jail in a cop car with the whole country watching you, right Duck?

Ohh come on! how many people get thrown inside the back of a cop car and sent to jail everyday? I feel absolutely no sympathy for her, she's just another girl man. I'm sick of this.

Extradite her!
