Can you please stop posting useless threads here?
You DO NOT need the F1 car to complete FGT Championship, it's easily done in a stock Pescarolo, stock Audi R8 and has been documented here many times. Have a look in the race reports forum. 👍
As far as long goes...
When was the last time you watched a 2 lap F1 race with only 5 races in the season?
Never.
The real F1 races are ~200miles or 2hrs, whichever comes first (usually the distance unless it's rained heavily) and thus GT4 represents a full 15 race F1 season.
You want 2 lap races?, stick to the Sunday Cup.
We have an entire section dedicated to licence tests and missions, so please discuss Mission 34 in the appropriate thread there. 👍
If you're finding these things hard it's because you lack driver skills, not because the things are overly hard, and since you've been recommending everyone overkills everything in Stage 4 turboed & NOS loaded 88C-Vs & R92CP, this is hardly surprising. 👎
You've taken the quick & easy way to winning GT4 races by overpowering your opposition, relying on NOS to catch you back up when you hit walls & miss bends because you've not learned the basic racing skills like knowing the tracks and learning racing lines (taught to you by the licence tests & mission, by the way!) and now that you've reached the part of the game that actually requires racing skill because you can't simply strap on a Stage 4 turbo, R5 tyres & NOS to an F1 car or the mission cars you're skills are being shown up.
There's a reason people in real life don't learn to drive in F1 cars. If you don't know squat about the basics of driving, and driving quickly, then it's pointless to throw you in at the deep end immediately, it's a recipe for death & disaster.
People learn race craft in Karts, or low powered single seater or single make series like the Spec Miata Cup. The cars are slower, evenly matched and it relies on racecraft to win. By learning the racecraft you can then progress through the increasing power brackets until (if you're talented enough) you get to drive a powerful car at the pinnacle of motorsport, be it F1, IndyCar, NASCAR or whatever you fancy, but hey, they just don't grab any old Joe Blow off the street and toss him behind the wheel and see how it goes!
GT4 represents this process quite well, however, it does make it rather easy to tune your way out of trouble instead of learning to drive better, and thus driving your way out of trouble.
Please take this information on board before creating more threads, post your current thoughts in the appropriate places, and take some time to improve your driving skills by getting silvers (or better) on the licence tests and completing the missions.
