Ok .. i was playing GT4 o PS2 to satisfy my urges abit 
... damn this 5 sec penalty system as it is very very unfair. If it is going to be the same in GT5 I will think twice about ever playing Rally. here is why im pissed
1. 5 seconds... too much in the 1st place , it shouldn't be there in rallies , it takes all the fun away
2. after u come out of a penalty there should be some slack time b4 another 5 secs.
The most annoying :
3. when the stupid AI hits u , he manages to run away but YOU get 5 secs !!! this has to be fixed and AI needs to b punished as well to be fair
please fix at least #3 ....
