What's wrong with it is when you glorify viewing the glass as half full, but then condem those who view the glass as half empty by claiming they "whine like a little *****."

It's one thing to say "I prefer to be positive but being the way you are makes you a little *****."

I didn't claim that those who view the glass half-empty, are whiny little *******. I just don't like that you're voicing your negative opinion over and over again. I understand that you're dissapointed, I am too, but eventually you will need to move on, I guess.

Which would be fine were it not for the fact that you have been selective in your quote, or did you miss this bit.....

This is a 'fact' he has posted in numerous threads around the forums in a short period of time.

How is that stating something as fact?

Well as I said above that depends if you wish to be selective in what you actually quote.

In most posts you'll see people state their own opinions as fact anyway to make themselves sound more forthright.

I would wager that I see a damn sight more posts in my daily moderation that you do, and the vast majority of members do not post opinion as fact. Its misslead, cause flame wars and is simply not constructive in any way.

In future if you have a query regarding moderation on the site I would recomend that you PM the mod in question about it, and keep in mind that the last part of my post read....

All it will do is start a flame war and I have seen you involved in too many of those recently.

...which quite clearly indicates that more may be involved in this issue than a single post alone.


As it stands this thread has turned into little more than arguments and a place to throw around insults and as such its getting locked before members say something that will regret.
