What kind of car is that?

It's the RE-Amemiya GReddy-6 AZ1

With a 20B 3-rotor instead of the 660cc inline3.

And that's just one of Amemiya's GReddy series of demo cars. Starting with the GReddy I from '89,

and ending the numbered cars with the GReddy IX in '02.

There was also the GReddy "Final" in '03, but I try to forget that one. The GReddy VI was the only one of the GReddy series that wasn't an RX7. The whole series has its own section on the demo car portion of the RE-Amemiya website.
