Photo Editing Help

I am fundraising for today Fm's Shave Or Dye campaign and I would like some personalised posters to put in local shops and the like. I have no photo editing equipment or experience, so I was wondering could someone make a simple one for me.
I have a simple example that I made on Word, If anyone was interested in seeing it I could forward it via email or post it here (no idea how to post it though)

You can put the .doc in a zip folder and add that as an attachment to your current post via Advanced post.
