All right let's get this started.

Hey there everyone..
I chose this theme seeing as how it's that time of the year when I'm quite sure there will be millions of people doing a 'trolley-dash' or two to snatch up those last minute gifts.. so have fun taking shots of the 'trolley-sized' cars GT4 has to offer.
Here in South Africa it's the start of the Summer-Holidays  , 35ºC in the shade where I live  , which is in a city called Kimberley (central region of SA, very hot & dry) - famous for the Diamonds which were/are mined here. I'll be leaving next week to a coastal town called Mossel-Bay off the Indian Ocean for the Holidays.. haven't seen the Ocean in about 9 years so I can't wait :D !!

I'll be back & entering the comps soon, so until then.. Here's wishing you all an Awesome Festive Holiday Season!

A lot of great shots so far. I am glad this car just fit into the required theme. I love this car. :) I am hoping I read right, it was under 4000 which I am guessing is 4 metres. :D

Let's hope it turns out well, my first contest entry :sly:

Danger orange i don't think those borders are allowed nor the dilated background.. no editing allowed except for.. read the rules :)

same for franz.. you aren't supposed to edit your pic except for the few exceptions.

Both of their are well within the limits. Both have only had Brightness/Contrast adjusted.
You're allowed to add a border and your name, and the 'dilated background' in Danger Orange's shot is a simple low apeture effect.

They are both very good GT4 photographers and wouldn't make a simple mistake like that.

Very nice entries everybody!
Well.. my bags are packed, my horse is saddled and I'm outta here.. YEEHA!! (I'll pm arsenal to find someone to pick the poll)
Good luck to you all.

Have fun Foxhound :)
Very nice one DO, moglet and atlop
Rayquaza : I only adjusted the brightness and contrast like moglet said :D

My entry was inspired by your 'iDrive' entry in the tournament a while back. And by inspired i mean stolen. :embarrassed:

What the hell.. i want a background like that without photoshop

Btw franz, i seen you on nfsunlimited and here i do know you wouldn't make a mistake, but it looks so... quality. It doesnt have flaws, but yet without photoshop, how?

(this is not sarcastic btw, don't get me wrong please)

If you use the default camera during the replay as your angle (i.e. pause the replay & dont change your angle..) Than you'll usually get a really crisp shot Even if its a moton shot & the wheels will still have some motion. Plus your selection of the background & postion of your car as it relates to the sun will affect how smooth your car looks with different reflections etc...
