but without it ... I don't think I can brush stuff up with my imagination

A filter called: Xenofex 1.0 > Distress. I layered the image with a different "distress" on the bottom and colored it white to look like the paper portion of a photo.

Here's my attempt to composite a 3D render with a GT4 photo-mode pic. I'm still not 100% happy, i've been tweaking it in photoshop for ages to try and get the 2 subjects to match and it still doesn't look quite right So I called it a day and moved on to something else. Any comments or ideas to improve appreciated

Just played around with car height and wheel size.

TVR wheels? On an alfa?
I think you have overdone the diffuse glow on the first one.

But thats just my opinion...

it is difficult to tweak the girl to match the background
I usually play around level and variation to make it match
however you may have done that already ...
think you may wanna try to look at those 3d renders in GT4 after passing a license test
anyway ... good job on her shadow

It looks like that lady is almost 7.5 feet tall. You may want to scale her down a ways. Other then that, it looks pretty good!

I know there is a HKS EVO with CF wide bodykit
the sweetest time attack car in Japan
probably HKS wants another car replace the CF Altezza

Looking back it does look like she's a bit tall Guess I was concentrating too much on getting the shadows and skin tones to match.
