Photoshop -Help with Eyes

Liv Tylor .. Even with those eyes, she still is hot. Has anyone ever created something cool with photoshop or any other program?

I wanted to make some cool looking eyes, but I dont know how...anyone know how? maybe I should post this on the photography forum....PLEASE HELP ME MOVE THIS!!!

Im sure SOMEONE has created SOMETHING cool with photoshop, I mean there are thousands of users so Id think at least a few use it.

Im not sure what you mean by "cool eyes," could you explain a little?
