-Go to Image->Hue/Saturation->Check the colorize [X] adjust the color you want
-Now your car have a perfect color change ^-^

If you mean the trick to have color shaded, it's by having multiple layer of the same chassis & cut it by using fader in the select option!

Mr Deap All I have is PSP7
And yes you can do better But im putting 100% into my work

And all i get is "its OK" or "Isn't that in Paint"

Mr Deap Don't Make me even start about your Work!
 
I had to try this out...I don't have photoshop or PSP7..all I have is 20/20s Megaluxe Deluxe Ultimate Paint, and Serif Photo Plus 5....
