Me at Waiuku Dirt Track with my #1 fan at my side

Prepping for a contest. This was a mock run as I get ready for an October 21st show. Here I am at 11.6% BF. Would like to get to about 6-7% for the show which would let me hit my target weight of just under 192. At 196lbs in the pic. Stripped a lot from my heavier 265 days.
Sick shred! Knew you had all that mass hiding but that's great work. How's the strength?

It's definitely down, but without "gear" it's hard to have your cake and eat it too. I do have re-feed days that's 500g of carbs so I always lift heavier and have more energy and strength on those days, but one thing about lifting lighter is I have been without injury for a year now. I can say that my strength is starting to come back as my body is learning to use the protein and be less dependent on the carb and fats for strength. I have until October to work has hard as I can, every lift counts and want to come in even more shredded. It will be tough but I'm excited for the challenge. :)

Someone doesn't know what I look like.

Or who Mike Wazowski is.

I know what you and Mike look like but still can't make you out. All the greenies have their faces blocked or are too indistinct.

...and the Mike Wazowski joke hits home...

Only took me several inspections of the photo before I realised the reference.

What I'm trying to work out is why is that guy wearing an aero helmet and what looks like it could be a triathlete suit when the ride was only 42km. :odd:
There were a bunch of people that tracked the ride with Strava but unfortunately he wasn't one of them. There was one other guy there with him in similar gear, but not to that extent. If memory serves, it was a Cervélo time trial bike, Zipp disk on the back (quite similar to this), the entire package. Pretty sure I never saw him again after the first corner. I can almost assure you that he was ahead of the fastest guy Strava lists on the Flybys and he was done with the 26.2 when I hit mile 17.
