March this year... saw the Google car go past so have been waiting! Sadly, it switches to older photography once it reaches the turn you can see.
 
What better way to celebrate my second Pfizer shot than with deadlifts. Easy five rep set 487lbs / 221kg deadlift, no lifting belt, no lifting straps, on a stiff bar. 🙂

You're a MONSTER. I stopped training 5 months ago and can't find a way to get back motivated. I had Bench Press 152 kg on 78 kg bodyweight. Now I can barely do few reps with 100 kg lol

Heh, thanks. Sorry to hear your motivation is lacking so hard, can you identify the reason for that? When my motivation is lacking I decrease volume a lot and move a lot heavier weights, that always boosts my motivation. Lifting lots of weights for a short amount of time is always tons more fun than grinding 30 repetitions with ~85% weights. The latter is more functional of course, but fun is important too.
 
Taking care of a hurt female woodpecker I picked up from my driveway. She is already hopping all over me and probing my ears with her beak, reason for cautious optimism because when I found her she could barely even move. I think she might have hit a window really hard, suffering from concussion - this happens pretty often, then either the cats or hypothermia gets them.

Yes, but what is the consistent plan to follow?
I’ve always kind of done my own thing. Eat big, lift heavy. About a year ago I hired an IFBB Pro to customize a plan for me. I had the workouts down, but he really helped me dial in the nutrition part. It’s been fun. It’s taken a while, but I’m up to about 5700 calories a day of clean eating. Still bulking, but will start leaning out next year to prep for an October show. 👍🏼
