You're a MONSTER. I stopped training 5 months ago and can't find a way to get back motivated. I had Bench Press 152 kg on 78 kg bodyweight. Now I can barely do few reps with 100 kg lolWhat better way to celebrate my second Pfizer shot than with deadlifts. Easy five rep set 487lbs / 221kg deadlift, no lifting belt, no lifting straps, on a stiff bar. 🙂
Heh, thanks. Sorry to hear your motivation is lacking so hard, can you identify the reason for that? When my motivation is lacking I decrease volume a lot and move a lot heavier weights, that always boosts my motivation. Lifting lots of weights for a short amount of time is always tons more fun than grinding 30 repetitions with ~85% weights. Food, lift, rest, repeat. Takes time and consistency. 💪🏼
I’ve always kind of done my own thing. Eat big, lift heavy. About a year ago I hired an IFBB Pro to customize a plan for me. I had the workouts down, but he really helped me dial in the nutrition part. It’s been fun. It’s taken a while, but I’m up to about 5700 calories a day of clean eating. Still bulking, but will start leaning out next year to prep for an October show. 👍🏼Yes, but what is the consistent plan to follow?
