Holy crap Pako your getting huge. I just saw your pic in post #6541. Thats a cool avatar btw. So your going for 20" arms? Are working out at home or at the gym? Any short term objectives before you get to the 20"? How long do you think it will take you? About 2-3 years?

Thanks bro! I used to work out at home on my smith rack with cross over cables..., pretty sweet setup really, but the wife and I got a membership (her idea) and I jumped at the opportunity to have access to free weights again. The gains in just the past month have been pretty good and I'm really looking forward to hitting it hard this time around. My only short term objectives is fat loss and to get my legs in better proportion to my upper body. I would say realistically, in 18-24 months.....I would like to be measuring 20" bi's. Time will tell. :) I've always strength trained, but this time around I'm going by a new school of thought for me, reduce the weight and isolate, to avoid any injuries. The last time I blew my shoulders out on bench and had to take two years off. I still feel the injury but I'm working through it. 👍

Thats awesome and a realistic goal. Keep us updated on your results. You could even make a thread and update it every couple weeks with your progress. The more support you have the easier and more fun it will be. It will also help you keep track of your results so you can make any changes in your diet or workout program. It will give you something to look forward to posting when you come in here knowing you have a group of people watching and cheering you on. 👍

Ten years ago I tore one of the muscles in my back military pressing. That took me a fair bit of time to let heal. I can still remember the "pop". :ill:

Already done. :D

Edit: 2,000th post!

Whoa, Pako you have to be one of the biggest guys I have ever seen. You are huge, you must make one hell of a impression. Also, very cool avatar. 👍

What are you talking about? Initial D doesn't make you a nerd! I love Initial D, I have all the episodes in my PC and I also have the game for PS2...

I also have all the GT background music downloaded to my computer....I CAN ACCESS IT ANYTIME BECAUSE I NEED TO HEAR THE GT AUTO SONG EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE.

Initial D Nerd and half-assed John Lennon.

Ozzy's jacket was so expensive, he had to settle for pants from Goodwill. :P
