"Starbucks"...Reminds me of Chris Rock's show, "Never Scared"

"If they made the good s*** here, there would be a coke and weed restaurant on every ****ing corner, that's right, there'd be no Starbucks, it'd be Weedbucks! McDonalds, McCoco's! Krispy Kremes, Cracky Kremes!

Oh man, he is awesome

That's a joke that only Chris Rock's delivery could make funny.

hey pako...I'm so jealous of the tv!
though whats whats your bicept circumference? my goal is to get where your at :P

Well, early in the mornings he lifts his fridge 12 times, and this for about 3 sets. This is only warm up though, in the afternoon he tends to bench his Subaru Legacy for around 8 times for 3 sets, and as last exercise he cycles up a steep mountain with a rope tied around his waist to his car, this way, he reaches the gas station without even using gas!

Shouldn't be too hard though, start by benching your sofa for around 30 times each day, should do it 👍

:P

Indeed, but if I'd direct-link to the YouTube vids of Chris Rock, I'd probably get removed due to his use of offensive language :P

At a solid 18.5" On a good pump, I'm close to 19". I'd like to be at 20" biceps, but it will take a lot of work to get there. Pointers? Just stay with it, always push yourself past your limits, eat good, and get lots of rest.

As you can see though, you have a lot more definition that I do. Once I reach my bench press goal, I need to start burning some serious fat and change my workout up to get more defined. Should be fun. :)

Wow, that gif is seriously disturbing... :ill:

Pako - Love the name you got on your bicep shot.👍

Pako, you should work on your shoulders so you get Samus deltoids.

I Never used to work with weights. I would just do about 200 push ups every second day. Great for tone, but not so much for mass I think.

Training with bodyweight is even better than weights 👍

Untill you start with isolation exercises, check this site: www.bodybuilding.com

A lot of neat tips and exercises there 👍

Go ahead. I trust you. But I would be far happer with a scan of a dyno run.

It's never been on a dyno, but he estimates 550 Hp. My dad has a real problem with exaggerating so I'd think it would be safer to say it has somewhere between 420-450 hp.
