This is me on a Tuesday. :)

Did some firewood splitting today, also tried out my new axe, works like a charm, cuts through half-meter logs in a single blow which makes the work so much easier compared to the crap axe I used before.

^ I have pals your size. Bigger even. They don't eat eggs all week long, just work out hard. HARD!

I'm a cardiac exerciser, I can barely lift my 15kg weights for 10 minutes each night!

EDIT: Any negative comments about my Tuesday persona will be relayed directly to Mrs Shem who will give you a cyber-bitchslap, because that's only me on a Tuesday (pretending to be Mrs Shem).

I'm not fooling anyone am I? Unless you've seen my pics on the biking thread you're really not going to believe that could even remotely be me. Trust me, I've got the body for it, just not the hormones......:(

I don't do any special diets either, eggs or protein shakes or anything like that, just a hard workout routine five days a week and a pretty normal diet that also includes alcohol and sweets. I just have to eat 1/3 more than I used to eat two years ago.

And 15kgs can be a lot of weight, always depends on the exercise, if you're tricpes-curling 15kgs thats not bad. ;)

I'm 60kg in total. 15kg is a quarter of my own weight! I can be hard sometimes but my arms deserve a little treatment.

I pretty much, due to the country I live in, eat only fried chicken, pork, beef ........

I have the metabolism of a Galapagos tortoise. I burn energy slower than a compost heap! Immortality, here I come! (Might need a liver replacement soon though) but serious. :(

And I've always envied the cardiac exercisers, I mean after 70-80km with the bicycle I'm completely *done* (hilly terrain), yet for those guys thats just warm-up, they do 150-200 on the bike. Damn. :ill:
With 92kgs I'm probably too heavy to compete with the more serious cyclists.

Well, famine would get me first, that's for sure. Try to see the good in everything!

I cycle short distances, a sprinter if you like. I've never run more than 40km on a ride but I do that at full speed.

I'm nowhere near competition pace but for a drinking, smoking dosser I put cars to shame in speed limit zones.

I used to box, and for my size I definitely helps to be so 'aerodynamic' because fighting anyone at my weight was a walk in the park. I'm 6ft and 60kg with arms as long as a bridge and I'm as fast as a cobra! If got in the ring with anyone thick scull (although I have one myself) I'd be in trouble. Speed but very little power. :(

Duuude, awesome arms! I'm jelaous! I regularly do my work out but never get above 66kg of weight, well I'm pretty small (1.71m), but still, more than 70kg would be good.

No matter what I do I can't gain any weight, except, when I REALLY sleep everyday at least 8 hours, which in my life is impossible. :(

That sounds like me  In fact.... exactly the same :scared: same weight and height and I eat loads  Just not a drinker. Don't worry Shem all is good in the land of the skinny 👍 :dopey:

I know, I know, with a full time job and other duties its pretty hard to get time for some healthy sleep, can't get more than 6 hours of sleep per night so I take a nap right when I come home from work, thats 0500 to 0700. In total I get about 8 hours / day and thats enough for me to feel good and be able to exercise.

Though I feel best when I can sleep 10 hours on Saturday and Sunday. God bless the weekend! :sly:
