I think I have you beaten with my even more useless Hua Xia Bank UnionPay card which can't be used online or in most shop. It's basically just an ATM card.

Only yesterday did the wife manage to get a Visa from on of our Chinese banks, so finally I can buy on-line!

Irish bank > Chinese bank, any day of the week.

EDIT: I was kidding about paying me, you can do my laundry instead. My students pay me £20 an hour instead of doing my chores.
