Exactly, so basically for the game to be developed, all 140 employee (or whatever the number is) At first lets say X amount of employee worked on cars, X amount worked on sound, X amount worked on circuit, X amount worked on online, X amount worked on polish and testing.. Whatever it was, only small group of people worked on a particular field..

Now with 90% completion, There are many fields that are finished, so these employee will help out to polish up the game, and give hand on whatever help is needed, so the 10% of game will be completed in way faster rate.

it cant be review. must be preview but i hope something new things. damage or day night screens with rainy. mmm delicious.

I hope its BIG.

My most important PROOF that I wanna see is day and night, is it a cycle or dynamic, same with weather effects.

dynamic still undecided., if they developed dusk midday night etc.. can be dynamic too. BUT kazunori wanna see perfect cycles. game will delay again:) i mean colour changes in every day time ..Both car and enviroment will change dynamicly. for example bright trees in midday. dark coloured tress in night. this situation can be used same technics on Cars. i think kazu wanna make second opinion.

Lets all pre-empt this now. - heres mine.

What a complete FAIL, another month, nothing new - god this sucks so much.QUOTE]

You're not wrong my Brummie friend, it's tough.

I actually think GT Planet should shut down before someone dies. It's not helping any of us, I must check it five times a day and I'm worried about my health. ARE YOU HEARING ME SONY? WHAT ABOUT THE CHILDREN!

:nervous:

For me it doesn't have to be MUCH...
but if I get just REGULAR small confirmations, once a week or something like that something small.. it just keeps the waiting bareable

It is much fun to see what media thinks of GT after forza. Forza is very arcady game compared to GT.(unrealistic grip on normal tires, steering buffer etc...) Will public media understand the greatness or does it the get same treatment in reviews as enthusia professional racing did? :) (i highly doupt it, pad controls feel very good too :) )

The one thing that some journalists complained about forza was that there was nothing fundamentaly new in the genre. Kaz promised again bring something new to genre and he has kept his promise every time previously :) Even if new GT and forza do not bring something major new things, it does not mean people would care. Players are still putting huge loads of money to FPS games(MW2 etc) and FPS games have not changed really in 15 years too much.

Kaz said no to paid DLC. He's pretty adamant that what comes on the disc is the GAME. I still can't perceive what should be so mind blowing and innovative for GT5. Well, I'll just wait and see, after all I can't have some magazines ruin the fun of the discovery.

Magzines are jsut for tid bits of new info. eg. new car, new track etc.

Really all I would like to see is 1 new track, 1 new make (ie Noble, Aerial, etc) and some shot of a totally wrecked car. Thats it.

Well all of you UK fellas should be checking the news stands at your Heathrows and Glasgows and Gatwicks about now. And fire up the scanner to make sure it works.

I guess we're talking about the March issue here. There is no GT5 review in the February issue (going by the cover).

While I would like more info and a date (next fiscal year) I got more than enough before GT spoils everything.I need MAG,heavy rain,GOW3,Yakuza 3,out of the way before GT hits.

Same here. Although I will add 1 night shot and 1 rain shot.

[sarcasm]But that's probably too much to ask.[/sarcasm]

Cletus, no, they don't have to give a release date before a magazine can do a review but usually the release date is known in advance. All a magazine needs to do a review is a completed copy of the game and to write their opinions of it. When the review is published may depend on if they've signed NDA's (non-disclosure agreements), they might have to wait until the NDA has expired to do a review due to not being able to talk about certain (often important) details of the game. But other than that, if they have a completed copy of the game and they arn't under an NDA then if the publisher hasn't announced a release date is of no concern to the magazines.
