hi nascar, gordy here, sign me up for group b ,audi s1 and wrc in the impreza 03,i'm dutch and my name is gordy 1The RACE Rally Series
(Formerly GTP Point to Point Rally Championship)
Season One
Intro
Welcome! You are about to embark on an amazing thrill ride. Before I say anything, this is NOT a rallycross championship, it is an organized Point to Point Rally series. Below will be an outline of the series.
Rules:
1. Racing
a. Start
-All drivers must arrive ready to race at (Specified Time TBA). When the race starts, you will line up at the first sector (Blow-up Sign at Chamonix) in a single-file formation. Then we begin racing.
b. On The "Grid"
-The Lead driver looks at the Total Time, and when the nearest X:00.000 comes, the lead driver goes. The second driver waits 10 seconds then goes, and so on. So for example:
Driver One- 1:00.000
Driver Two- 1:10.000
Driver Three- 1:20.000
Ect.
c. Finish Line
-The finish line is the literal finish line. So point A is sector one (Except for Chamonix) and point B is the finish line. The races are 1 lap for easy timing/scoring.
d. Uphill and Downhill
-There will be two different races per Round, the uphill (Forward), and downhill (Reverse). However based on poll results this could change.
2. General
a. Laggers Welcome!
-If you have lag, you aren't turned down, the drivers are 10 seconds apart, and contact, or passing for that matter, is scarce. That being said, lag shouldn't affect others. So if you have bad internet, welcome!
b. Disconnections
-Disconnections, they happen. Because this is mostly time-based, should you disconnect, you and other disconnectors will meet with a series official and run another Point to Point race and your times are merged with the others.
c. Passing
-If you approach a slower car, the slower car will move over. This doesn't mean that the slower car has to park the car, but they must attempt to give the faster car room. A way to make the slowing subtle enough that it doesnt change your time dramatically, you can break early, or take the outside line, ect.
d. Signing up Early Benefiets
-Signing up early gives you a few bonuses:
+Adapt and swap your cars, aswell as see competitor competition.
+Drive the routes before the others in testing.
+Hone your rally skills with the rest.

What cars are available on Modern Category? Will do after I finalize everything.

I'll get that for you soonWhat cars are available on Modern Category?
OK.I'll get that for you soon
The championship did not start yet. Why do you say goodbye to RRC title if it is just a test? How the flying blue whale did I lose 10 seconds at Eiger? Goodbye RRC title..
Edit: Nas, your timing is a bit off. I, with the help of my super-duper-simple Excel sheet, got following times for Eiger:
SAAB - 3:26,467
Gordy - 3:27,207
Rally - 3:37,011
Nas - 3:52,651
Yes, it's that specifantastic
Oh, and, be consistent with the decimals, yeah? Currently you have some results without, some with one, some with two, makes it all look that much less organised, whereas a constant decimal number will make it look better 👍
Yes it was full course, but point A is further down the track.Which Chamonix layout?
Oh wait it's not the entire course, I was comparing my entire lap times to those times hahahaha...
At a 3:38 with the Toyota and a 4:08 with the Renault at the moment lap time wise on Chamonix
thanks, I had decimals only for if there were 2 in the same second bracket. How the flying blue whale did I lose 10 seconds at Eiger? Goodbye RRC title..

Because @gordy is a flippin' speed demon. LolThe championship did not start yet. Why do you say goodbye to RRC title if it is just a test?
After:When the championship starts?
I'm NOT against Nurburgring. You can put it on sheudle, I would like to race in a rally. But let me give you an advice: I recommend to put 24h of Nurburgring Track. It helps to decide more than 2 stages. After:
A) Zahara is out
B) Course maker
C) Whenever the next pointless update comes out, and we get overwhelmed
While I prefer A & B, C is most likely...
Anyone against putting Nürburbring in the schedule?![]()
