Front Headlights look repurposed from the Taurus, Rears looks the same, just a bit more blockier.

As of 2013, a few Caprices served in Nizhniy Novgorod ("52" region code on the plates) and at least one in Khabarovsk ("27", the last car here). But I don't know if they are still there. Haven't seen any police Caprice in Moscow, but there are some civilian ones.

Police Jaguar F Pace's have started appearing about, they look good in Battenberg.

I think they are still demonstration / loan cars by Jaguar at the moment but it does seem like likely they will be adopted to replace ageing X5's.

There are three engine choices: 3.3-liter hybrid, 3.3-liter nonhybrid, and a 3.0-liter twin-turbo V-6. All of them are connected to a 10 automatic and features AWD.

*Sigh*

Time to learn a new set of headlights.

I don't see any Police Department buying these for a few years to be honest, especially my local one. We just got our new 16's and some 15's and they're more than efficient for the time being.
Maybe NYPD or LAPD though?

Can't say it's the sexiest cop car out there for the time being, but we'll get used to it. Also, the actual air inlet cutout on the grille looks so odd.

Red = fake grille.

Probably the usual major cities like you said: New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, etc.

Well, it’s good to know the occupants will be relatively safe. Meanwhile literally everything else will be destroyed by sustained gunfire or explosives.
