Unlisted. Good, medium crust with just a bit of bite--not too chewy--topped with a good sauce and fresh basil.

And baked ziti pizza? Good grief...

Are we saying Margherita with the understanding it's Neopolitan-style? I love me some fast-cooked thin pizza. On the other end of the spectrum, Chicago-style is a meal and a half. They're so different, I can't really compare.

Also, where's Detroit-style?!

When I first try a new pizza place, I make sure to get a standard pepperoni slice. If they can't do that well, there's no hope for the others.

Cheese, Pepperoni, Beefballs, Bacon. Meat Lovers it is then.

Also have to get it off my chest but the vast majority of pizza places do a horrible job with chicken.

I like my pizza like I like my country: Canadian. Cheese, pepperoni, mushrooms, and bacon. A close second however is bruschetta pizza, that's pretty good stuff too.

My favorite pizza would have to be BBQ chicken with bacon and cheese from Papa John's.

My favorite pizza is free. But otherwise, growing up in Southeast Michigan, Detroit-style pizza is the best, especially from Buddy's Pizza.

Wikipedia
a square pizza similar to Sicilian-style pizza that has a thick deep-dish crisp crust and toppings such as pepperoni and olives, and is served with the marinara sauce on top. The square shape is the result of an early tradition of using metal trays originally meant to hold small parts in factories.

I guess it's really bad that I didn't even know Detroit Style existed.

To me, Chicago Style pizza is where it's at. I was not happy when I went to a pizza place up here and found out the cheese pizza my sister ordered was a Plain Jane and wasn't made Chicago Style.

Other: Pan pizza with ham, green peppers, and double mushroom. Add a few beers to that and I'm good to go on a Sunday afternoon watching NASCAR.

One of my favorite pizza that I can no longer buy cause the owner closed shop, was a new your pizza place, that made the best buffalo chicken pizza I ever tasted. Still can't pick a single favorite though. Like if the poll was multiple choice that'd have been cool, I have a top 5.

I like vegertrain with no mushrooms, but will add pineapple and oilives if not on it.

Dont like the cheese used at pizza places so I remove it as well, if it is from a proper pizza store i keep it on.

I automatically voted for pepperoni pizza with the intention of specifying that Chicago style is the best but now I see that Chicago style is an option itself.

This is a burden I will have to carry for the rest of my life.

You can change your vote.

The only kind of pizza I eat is my own creation. Its tomato sauce, cheese, white mushrooms, some bacon, paprika slices and most importantly: tons of Moruga Scorpion or Ghost Pepper on it.
When the heat makes the tomato sauce absorb the chili it turns into a bright orange-red super hot magma-like paste.

Its fumes scares off even the hungriest flies and makes people flee from the kitchen like scared goats.

I call it the Vesuv. :D

Other: Deep pan Meat Lovers with some ingredients of a Margherita on top (fresh tomato and herbs), sometimes with Jalapeno as well, from my local traditional style pizza bar. It works out much cheaper versus ordering a Margherita with Meat Lovers type toppings because there's fewer additional toppings that way:sly:.

I find some of the best pizzas I had are ones I've made myself from supermarket bases, buffalo mozzarella, salami and chills. Throw it in the oven for ten minutes and it's equally as enjoyable as an ordered/ restaurant pizza but much healthier and a fraction of the price.

Voted for pepperoni, but prefer 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 Italian sausage. Don't like my meats mixed. I have never understood Hawaiian (or for that matter maple syrup on breakfast sausage) as sweet meat is revolting to me.

Margherita or Hawaiian generally. Though I have been enjoying a pear balsamic pizza lately.

Do you like BBQ sauce?
