That would be ALLOT of light to bounce back to make those areas light up "that" much. There is almost no shadow at all. :yuck:

And the whole side looks completely wrong :banghead::banghead::banghead:

I was watching a show a few months ago about a guy photographing cars. What you see in the photo would not seem the same in real life. Almost all shots have a ton of lighting around the car making it look different and accentuating the parts/lines of the car that the photographer wants to emphasize. The best photos would be ametuer or point-and-click photos. They aren't doctored with lighting tricks and photoshoping.

Totally agree with you t.o. about the pic of the real one but I still think the shading on the FM4 pic is WAY off.

So here is the FM3 car list. Cars in bold are already announced to be in FM4. The cars with strike-throughs are my predictions of what will get cut based on duplicates or newer models announced for FM4 (the NEW list below the FM3 list). I'd bet alot of the remaining 2005/2006 cup cars will get purged too. I'd say all the cars in red are a sure bet to come back.

2010 Panamera Turbo

1. 2011 Porsche #54 Black Swan Racing 911 GT3 Cup (997/2) [NEW]
2. 2012 Porsche Cayenne Turbo [NEW]
3. 2011 Flying Lizard #45 Porsche 911 GT3 RSR 997 [NEW]
4. 2011 Team Falken #17 Porsche GT3 RSR [NEW]
5. 2012 Porsche Cayman R [NEW]

I'd replace this: 2007 Porsche 911 GT3 997
With one of these: 1998 Porsche 911 GT1-98

Reason 1: We've got the 911 GT3 RS 997
Reason 2: We haven't got the 911 GT1-98
;)

I prefer the 993 GT1 from '96, instead of the '97 GT1-Evo with the 996 headlights or the 911 GT1-98.

Still hoping for the 2.7RS, although I'm sure it will be in.

As good as that GT3 looks, it's as redundant in a 30-car selection as 99% of the Skylines in a GT game.

^ Redundant in what regard? It's much more different than the other Porsches, than the Skylines you are referring to.

It's a circuit racing game and the RennSport variant is already included. Its slot could have been taken up by another car from Porsche's vast back catalogue.

It's redundant in the way a Skyline GT-R is redundant if you have the V-Spec II.

As with the GT-R argument, unless you have proof they chose to include it over some other Porsche, it's not really a valid argument.

Saw this car last year on my way to the Apple store. I had to walk back, a few times just to make sure I was seeing wrong. Please let me drive it in game.

But that's not the big issue with what PD does with GT5 imo. Its when they go V-Spec I, II, and III where it gets a bit out of hand.
