Agreed. For a brand with so many iconic road cars and in Forza 3 too many cars that were relatively pretty similar that could have been represented by one variant (No real need for 997 GT3 and RS, nor dupe racers), we could have been treated to a broader selection, such as a 928, a 917, a 968 Club Sport et al.

Yeah, I'm feeling pretty comfortable with my decision to pass on this; though I admit reading about the VIP discount made me pause for a moment. A videogame already has a hard enough time communicating the differences between cars with similar layouts. Everyone has their own favorites, but there's only so much FM4 can do to make each 911 variant worthwhile.

I know including one car doesn't correlate to leaving out another, and I'm usually all for defending "oddball" cars...but what we've got here is a racing game that will gladly provide the opportunity to drive an Audi Q7 TDI, Country Squire, PT Cruiser, Wrangler, Saturn ION, Toyota Aygo, and several others that honestly lie low on any car enthusiast's wishlist.

But if you want to drive Porsche's first production car, the V8 coupe they conceived as a replacement for their flagship model, or ANY racecar they built in the '60s or '70s, you're SOL.

Oy.
 
Great the 2.7RS is ruined, the wheels are supposed to be black with silver rims. :(

The majority of the pack being carry-overs from FM3 is not news, it was expected.

I'll admit the similar cup cars all being "new" is pretty disappointing, but I'll still be paying for the pack to support T10 continuing to get access to Porsche. I really hope EA changes their minds with this ridiculous exclusivity business. Worried about the competition producing a better product than you? Actually work towards creating something better, instead of just hoarding any potential features.

And to be honest, I can't wait to drive most of the returning cars in 4's much superior physics engine :)

I care. This was my favorite 911 from FM3. I'm not surprised it made the cut, but it's comforting to see it, anyway. Now where is the afternoon reveal?

Bit of a rip-off if you ask me. Only got one or two new Porsches, and the rest is just from FM3.

Aaaahh go play NFS if you want new Porsches than. We already knew we where gonna get only seven new models. :dunce: and 30 in total. SO no surprise here for me. Stop complaining and be gratefull we even got Porsche eventually.

Nicely said. I also will support T10, and I am anxious to try Porsche cars with new physics :-)

Personally I'm more than happy with it and looking forward to it in quite a big way.

I agree also at least this paves the way for some of our personal favorites to be included later.
 
Appears that glitch on the CGT is still present in the showroom. C'mon, T10.
