Possible reason for Cars missing

What do you think?
What reason might it be that some cars are missing like the Deltawing or 2013 NSX?
I think that most likely the cars will be gifted later when you finish events, because what fun would it be if you wouldn't get anything from finishing cups?
The cars will probably be unlocked later when finished the event for the car to be given to you.

NSX is certainly a strange one. IMO it must be something to do with Honda not wanting it available for playing yet since it's not a final car or something... I know even that doesn't really make sense as we've driven the Toyota FT-86 Concept, but maybe Honda is going about it in a strange way.

The Deltawing may well have actually been removed completely.

As for the NSX, if it was in game, it would be in the dealership. But it's not. As to why, who knows. It makes little sense to tease us with it over such a long time, and to also show it in a GT6 trailer as well, it just confuses people.

2013 NSX never really disappeared. It was seen in some older footage. Never really official. It might come in the form of DLC later.

To be fair, Zoed is cool and different to the delta wing panel by panel. Every Lmp1 car looks similar, they have for years. Even f1 cars look the same but each team uses own designer and developement team. Lawsuit will fail.

Probably licensing and other nonsense. it's very possible they didn't pursue the licensing renewal of WRC cars because they felt they could go on without it.

I'm kinda indifferent towards the Delta Wing loss as i don't really believe it had many competitors in GT6 to begin with. it's kind of like "Oh, here are these GT3 and Super GT cars that competed in real life and you have many different choices. There's also this weird thing."

I'd feel the same if we lost the Falcon XR8 by any chance. Felt so out of place having 1 lone V8 Supercar in a field of cars from other popular series from around the world.

I'm admittedly curious as to why they've welcomed the Auto Union and Hyundai back into the game, but not the Patent Wagons and Model T. Surely they still have access to the data and models of these cars if the Diablo JGTC could appear in GT5.

Let's not be presumptuous based on the leaked videos that are turning up. We've only seen a very small part of an unfinished game, and we still have the day 1 patch and probably a million more patches to look forward to. To quote the official website:

Gran Turismo 6 will contain approximately 1200 cars at time of release, and more and more cars are planned to be added thereafter. Unlike the previous title, the added cars will appear directly in the dealerships after an update, and will be available to purchase in game.

And the official car list has cars that did not appear in the dealership video, like the 2010 and 2011 NASCARs (but, sadly, I don't see the 2013 NSX on the list).

And how would we know that every single car in the game would necessarily be in the dealership? I haven't read anything about prize cars, so some cars could be hidden.

It is quite weird, and the only car not mentioned on the car list is the LFA Nurburgring Package which is included.
I love that car, and thrilled to bits to see it there, but that was really surprising.

E63 and A45 are a mystery as well. Officially announced by Mercedes but, not by PD. Then, "confirmed" on a tweet (not an official announcement) that these cars will not be in GT6. included in the Day 1 patch? Future DLC?

My biggest concern isn't the Deltawing. We already know why that car is absent. What we don't know, is why the Jensen Interceptor is missing? That surprised me when I noticed that it was absent from the dealership. It was one of my favorite non-American muscle cars n GT5 & (correct me if I'm wrong) but one of the few cars to have a 3 speed gearbox. I thought that was unique.
