This is Princess. She is an Australian Shepard/Lab mix and is about 1yr old. Oh and yes, her name reflects her personality. My wife has her as spoiled as can be.

Here is Josie the newest member of our family. She is a Black Mouth Cur and is 4 1/2 months old. Just got her this past Saturday from an Animal Rescue. Awesome dog and already gets along with Princess and the family.

Both dogs are very intelligent and wonderful with the kids.

Nice to see others getting their dog from the Animal Rescue/Shelter. 👍
We've got all our dogs over the years from there.

Anyway here's our trained attack/guard dog doing what she does best.
Guarding the couch.

awesome you got him off an Animal Rescue. Everyone should do precisely that.

While I think it's great thing for many. Not everyone should do precisely that!

Dog and cats are pets to many. Some owners work the animals and well a mutt won't do the job of a purebred in many cases.

Just wanted to explain that shelter animals are not for everyone. They are however excellent choices got pet people that just keep animals for companionship.

One of my dad's dogs has a french bakery under his pillow. He hoardes bread away from the other two.

Animal Hoarders special episode of animals that are hoarders. LoL

Actually, I am thinking about training her as a hunting. Black Mouth Curs are breed for hunting and herding (she already herds the kids LOL) so hunting would actually be right up this dogs alley. Either that or I might just let her be just a companion pet. Either way she is a good dog and is an awesome addition to our family.

Everyone has some pretty cute/good looking pets. I thought I might add to this. Here's our Guinea Pig 'Jack'. He's almost 2.

Even a good hiking dog that gets some trailing and hunting in is still very good form of working dog. Lets them use their senses and exercise too.

He's a blue colour point (I think) Ragdoll but he's only a few weeks old right now and we can't go and get him until the end of June. He's been bred from a champion to be of good temperament and he's also the pick of the litter. I can't wait to get him!

This is my cat Ramesses, he's a pedigree Bengal, worth around £2000 I think :embarrassed:

We got him a few months ago as my sisters work friend was moving to America and needed to get rid of him. He has a couple of bad habits, attacking my feet for one. I don't even do anything to provoke him, he walks straight up to them, sniffs them, then sinks in his claws and goes into full attack mode
Despite this he's an awesome cat :D

Luna's eye markings are the best. So evil but so sweet. Had a husky when I was a kid, Misty like 30 yrs ago. LoL Always loved a Spitz type dog.

Billy had his walks today. Over the last week he has been able to run off lead again, as over the winter he tore his stopper pad really deep. Anyways after stitches and a £600+ vets bill he seems to be back on form, he has lost allot of condition but nothing he won't get back.

Might get some more recent ones up soon along with the pet rats.
