What is that masking black stuff for? Whats the point of it? You should show it off every day when you drive the car, not hide it behind a mask. It just looks ugly.

Just like those Cellphone protectors? What is the point of it? In the end people never have them off, yet those protectors itself are big and bulky, and get scratched up.

So my point is, if you have something pretty, show it off, don't hide it. Scratches and what not will always come.

There is a reson for the madness. lol There iis a crack along the front air dam and the side marker. Without the mask I have lost about $500 in lights. Im waiting to do my front bumper mod. So dont be so quick to judge me.

Looks nice! I like the colour matched Fuchs & Porsche centre caps as well! 👍

Ever thought about putting in the new 5.0 Mustang Engine? the new 6 speed Transmission, and the new interior? now that would be awesome!

I've done enough to the engine where it would be a waste to throw it out :)

I might put a 5 speed T5 tranny from a Fox-body Mustang after I finish other things on my list.

Thanks!

Here is the Mustang that my dad lets me drive if I'm really really good. It's a 1969 Fastback. The Magnum 500 rims that are on the Ranger came from this car.

Thanks You. It is my baby. Lots of mechanical stuff on the way. Then I going to fix the front air dam and remove the mask. Do a front bumper pad delete and push the front bumper in. Add on my turbo rear valance. I just put on a negative script windshield banner. Ill post pics soon.

Porsche: I've always loved 944's

Mustang: And that's a nice Fastback you got there, astrosdude91 :D
Looks really complete

Saab: I'm curious. How is it to drive and live with? Anything special that you get from a Saab that you don't in any other car in the same category?

Yeah, lots of repair bills.

Hmm, OK, and you based that statement on? Saab are very comfortable and fast long-distance cars as well as safe and durable cars. I myself own a 9-5 Aero SportCombi's 2000 and I'm fine with it. But I like cars so I will have other brands too in my life time

I base it on my sisters 2003 9-3 2.0T and researching all the problems she has with her car on the Saab message boards. Once GM took over the brand, it went down hill IMO. She has owned it for 4 years, and there seems to be a major problem every couple of months. This months problem? Leaking water pump, which comes with another huge price tag to fix. She's had to deal with everything from breaking parking brakes, crap suspension pieces, random over heating and low oil pressure warnings. I'd like to say that she's got a lemon, but after doing some reading, I'm finding a lot of owners are experiencing the same problems.

Maybe now that the company has been sold it will go back to its old ways with quality as I know a couple of people who are still driving around in their late 70's/early 80's Saab's with little to no problems, with nothing but good reviews on them.

Very Saaby to drive. Can't really explain it otherwise...

As just said, they went slightly downhill when GM got full hold of them and made them basically expensive Vectras. However, I probably got (Yeah I'm bias...) the pick of the bunch. The 98-02 9-3, is basically the Saab 900 with heaps of small GM changes, like upgraded interior, displays, side air bags and other small things. While still retaining the 900 bodywork and quite reliable Saab Designed H-Series Engine.

Stupid looks from people as you drive by, as they dont belive you actually bought a saab, i mean consciously decided to part with your money in order to get one. But i guess Brad gets stupid looks anyway so he probably doesnt mind.

I guess it could be worse though, he could have got a Volvo.:dopey:
