Damn it, I should have known better to post a pic like that with photographers around!
Yes the editing is way OTT, that's actually an incomplete picture at the moment as I am working on replacing the background (I'm new to Photoshop so it's practice) and I had to really hit it hard in Lightroom to get the lighting right.

Thanks for the feedback though, I'm pretty new to this so all of it helps.

You should never "hit" something that hard in editing to "get" good lighting. Learn to properly expose images before you try to learn Photoshop "magic". It isn't a picture worth spending the the time to replace the bg on. The other picture, with the view, is better in every way though you can still see artifacts from burning the sky down.

Yeah you're 100% right. I actually wanted it to be like that as a challenge, but after actually changing most of the highlights and shadows to suit the other background, it doesn't match the original background. I am still working on it but it isn't going well haha.

Thanks! They're actually temporary until I have the funds for a set of 19's, my last set scrubbed so I "borrowed" these off my parents car haha

That Legacy is very nice, I've always loved that generation and your photography skills are doing nothing to hamper that.

Learn proper camera use before you go to massive editing. Probably the worst thing you do as a learning photographer is pick up gimmicky editing techniques while having lackluster understanding of actual camera techniques. For example, all your shots have the car (subject) a bit under exposed it would seem, likely from the metering system averaging for the bright sky and shadowed foreground.

Today was the perfect time to get the Corvette out for spring cleaning. Goes into the shop on Thursday for some new tires. The right rear is basically bald and the left rear is down to the indicators. No idea how that could have happened
