I went for lunch on the summit of Pikes Peak today...

I have never been to Pikes Peak, and I've lived in Colorado since '98.

It's funny how that happens. My parents took me to Mt Rushmore once when I was a baby in California, then we went out there for family a few years ago and stopped to see it, but we never went in the eight years I lived in South Dakota.

I just never justify traveling that far, (from Fort Collins), just to drive up a mountain. I'd rather head up to Rocky Mountain National Park and take Trail Ridge Road. You can't beat views like this, IMHO:

Yeah, even as good as my car is on gas it cost me a full tank (like exactly a full tank; taking 287 up from Denver on the way back to save on gas, the light came on half way through Loveland and I rode it out to Collins), plus the $12 toll to go up the mountain. And the view in your photo does look better; at 14,000 feet you're just looking down at everything.

I love Colorado views. I really need a better vehicle than my beat up truck.

I think these photographs will make happy all Supra lovers.
Took by a Japanese professional photographer on Tokyo Gate bridge.
My supra has a kind of basic performance upgrade. she's pretty much stock TT with computer changed, bigger inter-cooler, HKS boost controller.
Around 350 HP.

Enjoy these beautiful shots!

Oh my god..... I usually hate kits on supra's but this thing looks beautiful. My DREAM CAR. I love how you still have the stock wing to and its not overpowered. SO jealous... If you can please give a link for more photos D=

Hehe, I made a random video last night and the car is in it. Plus it makes pretty noises near the end of the movie!

That is a really nice picture 👍

Nice vid, would have gone through sitting in and turning on before going on the street shot. A bit too blurry  but very nice idea and executed. Next time I log in on Utub you get a 👍

Had a lot of fun with these. I know I could do better with them if I went there with the purpose of taking these, but I only went there for pictures of the stars and there were clouds, so I started taking pictures of my car instead:

^ The best thing about the Charger's new taillights (I know that's not a Charger) is that you can now see when you're coming up on a cop from a long way off because those two are the only cars on the road with a full light bar so intensely lit.

That is a really nice picture 👍

Thanks!

Except then it's a bit of an annoyance when you come up on one & it's just a stock Charger.

Or the reflective tape on a barrier that you thought was the brake lights on a car but in reality you're parked in a parking lot and not even moving.

Drugs are bad.

Washed and waxed, and a spotlessly clean interior.

*E30 Goodness*

Looking good!

I'm jealous of some of the non-US/European parts that you have standard on the cars over there.

That is very clean Clark, if you dont mind me asking how much did you pay for your 325

£2450, it's very high mileage (218k when I bought It, the paintwork has a fair scratches and imperfections and there's a tiny bit of rust bubbling on the rear arches. Other than that its pretty good and mechanically it's sound.

You can get a mint 325i sport for ~£4000. There's one for sale at the mo that's perfect and has an updated version of the 2.7 block with. 220bhp and updated suspension and dampers that's £5500.

I bought mine as I wanted cheap but mechanically sound 325. I'm keeping for a few years and then either getting an E36 or E46 M3, or a E34 or E39 M5, although I still might see about putting an E36 M3 engine and 'box in the my E30.
