I think it turned out pretty good.

One problem...I live a bit away from the Canadian border.

Honestly for what it's worth, might as well get it shipped. Still would be much cheaper and better than buying one in America.

Friend is getting his mr2 swapped from this shop. Cost to get car shipped from Indiana to New Jersey is 600 dollars Which is 600 miles away from each other. So I would assume price to ship is 1 dollar a mile.

@fortbo : Plastidip? Hope you wear a mask and opened the gate. That stuff is really nocive...

Bit of cable management and stuff. Not that my tuner didn't do it, he knows I like doing it, and reduced costs :P:sly:

I really want to change my license plate. What I didn't know at the beginning, getting a 5 digit plate, allows me to put a motorcycle plate in front. Really tiny plate. Thing is to change it, the car needs reimmatriculation. To do that, I need to sell it and rebuy it... lot of hassle, but I might bite the bullet though ,so worth it (26033 :D ). After the MOT, which is in july.... But I will get addicted to the tiny size, so I fear the RS will follow :P

EDIT: /topic Price of Supras : Did anyone come across the GTR R34 that sold for 50k(or more, can't remember, it's bonkers) with 332k km on it. Prices for GTR, Supras, NSX are going up, it's bat:censored:crazy....

Meanwhile in Canada everything is still the same. An R34 GTR is around the $17k-22k mark.

An NSX is around the same range.

A Silvia S15 is around $12k and a Spec R Silvia is around $15k.

Stageas are around $10k-12k.

You get it. Imports are cheap. But insurance kills you if you live in Ontario.

Also, quick side note. Did the GTRs have different badges depending on whether they had turbos or not? IIRC, it non-turbos had a blue "R", while turbo'd had a red "R", right?

What's wrong with it?

Whatever, like @Vince said, it's your car bud. Did you redo the hood, or...?

Anyway can you wrap the A-pillar up until the windshield? Have it match up to the body lines so you don't have that white space there. That's just my OCD kicking in

The black, especially on the pillars, 'appears', without any connotation to where it originates from. It's pretty critical for a wrap - it's meant to take attention to the eyes and 'tour' you around the body and it's lines, but it has blocks of black instead.

As @Vince said it's your car and you can do whatever you want with it. I'm just saying you're making the same visual mistakes as the last one.

It's not finished yet, it will all go together.

Ohhhhh man that GT-R.... Beautiful

Here's how mine is sitting for the next little while while I perform some necessary race prep upgrades (cooling stuff):

Thanks mate :embarrassed: , yours obviously nice too 👍

Here's my baby! A '96 series II R33, with a few series 1 parts thrown in for good measure. Running 257kw at 20psi on a conservative tune. Daily driven and costs a fortune in running costs, but totally worth it ;)

That rainbow glitter...

Scale comparison. My word cars have grown in 16 years.

That Impala makes my 986 look like a 550 Spyder!

Bonus, with a much larger vehicle:

I walk past a silver Boxster that parks in my parking building most mornings. They are quite small cars, not tiny but still small. America do like to make very big cars. I drove past a new age Camero last night, it was sticking out from the curb so much more than all the japanese cars parked behind and in front of it. So damn wide that thing.

Looks like you get out and use it a lot. Best thing to do with a car like that.
