Me and a friend went halfsies on a new car, for a WHOOPING $100. It's a parts car, no trans.

I see these everywhere now! There's a newer TRD Pro Tacoma that visits my job every afternoon.
Squad goals.
Hopefully this can be mine in a few months time when I get back home. All depends on whether or not the owner keeps his word. He didn't seem in a rush to sell, so not too worried. IF this falls through, got a white Supra in Ottawa as well.

Excuse potato quality.
This one's $12k. The white one is $13.5k and has no body kit just rims, pulleys and an exhaustJealous. I'd love an unmodified MK4 Supra but they're completely unattainable now, I'll be lucky if I ever even get the chance to drive one.
Supposedly my dad turned down a pretty decent MK4 Supra in the late '00s for $10K. If only he would've jumped on that..

Untouched freshly imported are around $16-17k, and that's CAD.
Now if you want a stock, unmolested TT Mk4, it's a lot more expensive.
Yup. People are more than satisfied with importing an NA Mk4 and Turboing it themselves later on down the road. Some people even buy the automatics because they are even cheaper in hopes of converting it to a manual, but 90% of them never get to it so the market just fills with all these unwanted automatic Supras. :/I'd be happy with an NA model, I prefer NA anyway. Didn't realize how cheap the non turbo models are, I've only ever seen the absurd prices for the turbo models online. That's still out of my price range though.
It does have a pod filter. A huge, pretty red filter. If your CAI has a pod filter get it tuned ASAP. Subarus in general DO NOT like CAIs (Without a tune)

That aside, how so? I haven't really experienced anything bad. Increased fuel economy, a small boost in the midranges, and lovely sound. Hear air being sucked in a little more and some great liftoff noise added with my BOV./ (Stu stu stu-PSSSHH!) What are some negative effects of a CAI with pod filter?
Little preview of what I'm doing and a few random photos of the front of the car.

Don't worry, it's nothing big like last time.
It looks a little sad right now.
Not as big as last time though..."It's nothing big"

Too bad people over here expect their JZA80s to be worth over $40k, TT or not. This one's $12k. The white one is $13.5k and has no body kit just rims, pulleys and an exhaust

More than likely at a used car dealer, because there was one near me that was for $10k.Would I be able to get my hands on a Mk.4 auto for relatively cheap?
I just edited my last. I'd rather have a hatchback than a super rare car that people can't leave stock.More than likely at a used car dealer, because there was one near me that was for $10k.
Go to Craigslist and mostly there's those who want more than $20k for theirs.
Is the swimming pool too cold? Not as big as last time though...![]()
Would I be able to get my hands on a Mk.4 auto for relatively cheap?
Edit: Nope. The average for a Mk.4 is 49,999. And there are arses asking for 70k on unmolested Supras with 20k miles on them. Like...it was $40,000 when it was new.
One problem...I live a bit away from the Canadian border.Go to Canada, buy an auto SZ for $8k or a GZ for around $12k.
Buy storage for 6 months and then bring it back over to the US.
