I love those Impala models. Don't know why...Maybe its the length and the wheels.

I dreamed of owning one like that, but in black. Sadly, I can't ever find one near me in good shape like that. :indiff:

I got lucky, I bought it from a guy that lives right across the street from me. Only 58000kms (36000 miles.)And it has pretty much everything done to it that I'd want to do. 2" drop, billet grill, clear corners, intake, chip and exhaust. The only thing that needs to be upgraded is the stereo and it's going in on tuesday.

That's like the exact opposite story of my old car.

I really need to get pics up of my VR-4, but I want to get some shots of it with the M3 when it arrives.

Badass car, Stevie! 👍 Now you can just go out and get CB antennas and black steel wheels, so you can scare the crap out of speeders on the highway. :D

That's an extra 20hp right there, plus 15hp from the one on the other side. The other one loses 5hp because it's not one of those trendy reversed decals so that you have no idea what the hell it says unless you look at it in a mirror.

Thanks High-Test and BlazinXtreme.

Your S-series is really nice.
I used to mud drag race a '91 S10 Blazer on a 1/2 ton frame. Big block Chevy 468 on 100 octane or jet fuel, cut tire 2wd class. Once I left the fuel sitting in the tank overnight, condensed to water, wasn't very pretty. :indiff: Sold the truck, kept the motor, rebuilt it and now is in a '73 Nova.

Oh yea, the G35 is hella sweet. Out in SD we had it up to 140mph (Governd) and we have hit 80-85 into big drift corners with ease, its a great car, and i dont care what the auto magazines say, i dont think its getting out of date, and i dont think the BMW 330Xi is better.

Plus it is great in the snow.

The Maxima, yea, really cool car. It has 38k miles on it and we could get it for $13. My parents think it will be a good car, PLUS it has 255HP, Xenon HID Headlights, leather, its LOADED. Plus i love that blue.

My first car was a 1985 Maxima, years ago. They always have nice engine and lots of goodies. Good luck in getting your Maxima! 👍

Thats really cool. Yea i feel a car like that will have the sporty feel, but then when you go to get a job or somthing, it will make you look more professional.

Cool thing that you got a Maxima too! I really like the engine lol

Thanks. :) It was almost identical to this one:

Same wheels, color, everything.

Now, I drive Altima 2.5S:

This is why I love my dad.

A '96 Volvo 850 Turbo...the "Rocket" as he calls it.

Most responsive high-speed car ever. (not a supercar but still)

You don't even feel rattling at 140.

He bought it when he was in Europe (they have the watered-down 740 here) and imported it here to Cali.

I went to Europe (mostly Germany) on my honeymoon in '97. We rented a BMW 316i for a week, and we were consistently "blown off the road" on the autobahn by Volvos. I think we got passed at high speed by more Volvos than by any other make of car. It gave my wife and I a new respect for Volvos, and less than a month after returning to the States, we bought a brand new '98 S70 T5 (the 236 HP model).

It's still my daily driver over 8 years later.

And in keeping with the spirit of the thread, here's a picture (although it was actually intended as a picture of my house, you can see the Volvo):

I think this one has 222 hp. I remember feeling like I was going 60 but if I looked out the side window I saw how fast we were really going.
