i am a beginner at this but out of all my experiments i came up with this rally f1 car i made out of a fto lm race car. has about 1500+ hp but handles really good. the hp can be easily tamed if you are a ok driver and the wheels do not burn up when you hit the gas but yet it accereation very fast.

Well since this is my first hybrid technically its my best hybrid. Then again, its also technically my worst hybrid. 
I wanted to make a drivable car that still needed to be driven to get fast times, in other words good grip but not on rails and no hair-trigger sensitivity on the steering and accelerator. I also wanted to make a car that could get good grip with T3 tires so that it could be used in the Professional League. Finally, I wanted to see if I could get good forward bite out of the turns (i.e. minimizing spinning rear wheels) by playing with engine, tire, and chassis combinations and not relying too much on jacking up downforce and tire grip to screen-shaking levels.
The car that I modified is the Tuscan Speed Six. I first tried an F1 engine and transmission because I figured that the narrow torque band of the engine would help minimize wheel spin out of the turns. It did but it was also too sluggish at mid range rpms so I scrapped that idea. I finally settled on the 787B engine, which has nice mid to high range torque and is very forgiving to mashing the throttle coming out of turns. While it is a little sluggish from the starting line it doesnt take long for the torque to kick in and then the low low-end torque becomes a plus as you can power out of turns without losing any road feel. Most of the mechanics is 787B but I did go with the Vertigo chassis because it seemed a little more nimble which is helpful with worn tires. Speaking of which, depending on your tolerance to worn tires, you can get from 7 to 10 laps on a set of tires at GVS. In fact, I thought that it went around the hairpins better with orange tire wear indicators than green indicators. Just watch out for the high speed turns though.
My PB at Midfield with this car is 53.742 seconds.
Also, I think that the hp on this car can be raised even further without adversely affecting forward bite out of the turns. However, I like the balance at 1693 hp plus I want to get onto other projects so I didn't test higher hps with this setup.
If you dont like the supershine finish (it looks kinda like an old electroplated Hot Wheels car) change the value at address 488 from 0 to 1. Or take it through the car wash in the game.
Since this is my first try at hybriding any feedback would be appreciated, even if you think the car is crap.
